Drove to pick up my online order that said would be ready at 6:25. I walk in at 6:20 and I'm told it'll be a minute. Don't give a time if you can't deliver. $40 order and you can't have it made on time. Thays bad business. And you ask if I want to tip. This is why I don't tip before I get my order.

Subs were excellent so I have nothing to complain about there. I did feel bad for the woman working there by herself with a store full of customers. People were getting aggravated with her when it wasn't her fault. Considering there are only two places that I'm aware of in Devola to get something to eat this location should have a minimum of at least two people working. Despite that I will be back!

I would not recommend this location. The past 2 times I have ordered from there my order has been completely wrong. Ordered in the app and the first time I got shorted a whole sub, the second time they forgot to put any meat on one sub and forgot dressing and bacon on the salad. I really think some of the employees need to be retrained.

My family got three subs from this Subway and it was easily the worst three subs from Subway we've had. We all had different bread choices, and they were all crumbly and stale tasting. We did a mobile order and they ignored our requests and put stuff on the subs that we didn't order. I barely had any cheese on my pizza sub but way too much pepperoni and next to no sauce. Three stars because they were nice and the store was clean! Nice to see a clean store during this pandemic.

Last Chance

The only sandwich shop where you ask for extra vegetables and they act like its a big deal and don't wanna give them to you. They don't have a problem piling on the lettuce though...I assume it's because of its short shelf life. It's all Subways not just one in particular.

Total fail and the management didn't care enough to reply. Ordered on mobile. Went to pick up when told it was ready. Not only not ready but they didn't have basic ingredients like roast beef. Asked for a refund. Wouldn't give one. Ordered other sandwiches. Literally 2 pieces of ham... not even the turkey the they were supposed to add. Filled in survey. Nothing. Huge huge fail!!
