Just wanted to give a shout-out to the evening crew onn Pike St in Marietta Ohio on April 12th 2024 for an oustanding job! They were slammed to say the least, and yet they stil took the time to make sure our food was al prepared correctly. The best fast food or probably any food we have gotten this year in Marietta!! Outstanding crew!

We ordered 2 combos and a biggie bag, and they left out my nuggets and fries for the biggie bag. I was traveling through, and there was no way for me to get it, so I was at a loss. Definitely too much money spent for them to be leaving out a chunk of my order.

I go to this wendy's somewhat often and most times I have a good experience but this time it was different. I had ordered online because I had gotten food for my coworkers as well. When I arrived, the line for the drive thru was backed up, and when I got up to the speaker, I waited 5 minutes to order. Finally, when I got up to the window to pay, they told me that someone had messed with all the orders and they had to go back in and fix them. When I finally got up to the window for my food, the lady told me, "I think this is your drink, I don't know." When I arrived back to my work, one of my coworkers asked if they had given me their order, and they hadn't. (This isn't 100% the workers' fault because I should have checked everything before I left.) When I drove back to the restaurant, I walked inside to get my coworkers order. While I was waiting, two girls were just standing around looking at a baby that was in the lobby instead of helping me out. I had noticed that one of them was the girl that was working drive thru when i had came through earlier and was rude to me. When I finally got up to the counter I asked for the order (4 for 4) and I needed to ask for specific instructions on the burger but the drive thru lady instantly walked away and just asked for the cook to make a normal burger. I said, "I need to tell you what needs done to the burger," but she ignored me. When she gave me the order, she walked away again. I told the other girl that was standing up there that the order was wrong, and she listened to me to get the order correct. She gave me the order that was wrong for free as well because she said they can't take it back. I'm glad that she was helpful.

I ordered 2 crispy chicken blt biggie bags and they only gave me one order of my nuggets, no crispy onions and had very old French fries. We called about it cause we go straight home and the girl on the phone said "Thankyou for letting us know." Horrible customer service! Go to the other wendys!

I ordered a single and a large chocolate frosty. The single was fine. The frosty was nothing but foam. I've had frosties before, but this one was disgusting. This was at the Muskingum Drive Wendy's in Marietta, Ohio.
Fries were so greasy! They rushed and didnt offer us a drink carrier, we had to ask. The bacon on my baconator is raw!!! I asked for only mustard and pickle on my sandwich and the ketchup was poorly wiped off of it instead if making one fresh. We love Wendy's, but wont ever go to this location on Pike St. Doesn't even compare to the Muskinghum Dr Location

My junior bacon cheeseburger was cold as well as my fries. I also got a taco salad. Chili was cold. The salad they gave me for a taco salad had egg on it. There were large chunks of the core of the head of lettuce in it.

If I were in a life or death situation and getting a wrong order was the only way to save me, I’d come here. I have to take my burger up every time (without fail so far), and look like an idiot because I have to stand in line again to get it corrected.Parking is good.
