Went through the drive through. Woman was automatically rude. I was looking over the menu and wasn’t any longer than 20 seconds after pulling up and she said, “are you gonna order or what”. I ordered and pulled up to the second window. She RIPPED my card out of my hand and forced it back at me. I was the only person in the drive through but she said I had to pull up and she’d bring my food out even though it was already done. I didn’t have to wait long on my food but the service was terrible and she’s just a miserable human being. Will never eat here again.

I have noticed for some time that Wendy's in general is declining in food quality, especially taste. Absent condiments the sandwiches seem to just be tasteless. I got the new chicken wrap and it was just some grilled chicken with some unmelted cheddar shredded packaged cheese, very little lettuce rolled in a white flour tortilla that was also cold. The Dave's single has become the same. I get the idea that everything is precooked and pulled out of some heated drawer to get served. Frankly this is becoming a pattern with all fast food joints.

They served me this today. Raw chicken. When I complained, several employees almost vomited looking at it. But at the end of the day, they gave me back my $5.79 and offered to make me a new one. Not good enough when you've just been tricked into eating raw fast food chicken.

Its Wendy's!! this Wendy's was disappointing this night.. the tea was spoiled.. the cheese burger was icy cold with cold cheese that couldn't even think of melting.. we asked to fix the tea and they had no idea tea spoils especially if put back into dirty containers.. the lady did try and fix it by getting lobby tea.. it was spoiled as well.. and we won't even mention that they don't carry the only safe non sugar sweatner Splenda or its generic brand... over all it still just fast food but prices these days may as well get gourmet..

I'm gonna be honest. This wasn't a good Wendy's. They hardly cooked the fries at all, they gave us the wrong food, no bacon, no cheese, we had to wait 30 minutes (Yes, I said 30) in the drive through, just to receive the wrong food. Thankfully, went in and got the correct stuff in about 3 minutes. And to top it all off! We got chicken biggie bags instead of double stacks like we ordered. The chicken tastes like cardboard. I wish I was joking about all this, but I'm not. You've been warned.

At least 6 to 7 employees behind the counter on shift. 1 customer ahead of me, 6 cars in the drive thru, I was never acknowledged as I waited patiently behind their only other customer for what felt like 5 minutes. Still waiting for someone from the group behind the counter to wake-up and explain the delimma as I could not understand. These were adults, not kids working. I witnessed several opportunities for a manager to approach the counter and remedy the lack of service, but it never happened. I want to shame this store for thei poor performance and I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Please read my true anger toward this and don't waste your time stopping here. I don't want your free coupons or excuses. The franchisee owner is who needs to see this to help them understand their falling sales.

We stopped by the drive thru. There was 2 cars in font of us the one quickly pull to the speaker and was ask to wait. 10 mins later the car in between us got passed and left . When we pulled up to place our order we was asked to wait. We finally was able to order 5 combos. 4 with baked potatoes. 5 staff members was standing beside or sitting the back door smoking . As I waited for my food I seen part of them come into help. They could not give me a receipt like I asked . The machine was broke. Then I asked for butter and sour cream for my potatoes. The girl basically threw them out the window I. Big handfuls, more then half hit the ground. I pulled away and realized I was missing a sandwich. I walked I. Side I was there for 5 minutes or so before anyone new I was there.i ended up with a sloppy sandwich that had to much ketchup on it and nothing else. Got going down the road and had one diet drink made wrong flavor and the second diet drink was all soda no flavor.
