My husband brought me some food, I got the Chicken California with fries and it was amazing. The food was fresh, and the way it was made was not sloppy. Definitely a 5 star for me. Keep up the good work.

Prices don't match what is on menu Employees said Mgr required them to separate charges when getting a combo meal. Should be 15.97 plus .25 tax for drink for the take out meal. Charged over 18.00 for meal. Only 2.00 over charge but multiply that by the number of customers a day and it adds up fast! Asked for mgt..none there asked who to talk to and employees didn't know.
I go out of my way to go to this place every time I’m in Marion and hands down will eat here over any other fast food or sit down place in Marion. It’s always SO good and the guys are always so nice. Great job! Thank you for being here.

The staff were friendly in their words however their actions were completely the opposite. We waited for over 20 plus minutes because it seems like they forgot about us due to deliveries for other companies was more important than us. As a matter of fact we had to remind them about our order and come back through the drive-thru to get our order processed to which nothing was ever offered to make it right. If it were not for the food we would have asked for a full refund and left.

The nice guy at the counter suggested I get the Bourbon Philly steak. I obliged and added bacon to it and I do not regret it at all! He also recommended the strawberry lemonade which was also great. First time ever going to a Charley's and this place is awesome, 5 stars.

Wow this wasn't the quality I expected from fast food! This looks like something you get at a restaurant! And the gentleman working the window was so kind, and asked me if I wanted lite or heavy ice for my drink, or if I needed any extra condiments. I pulled away feeling like they truly cared about my experience and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed! Would give 10 stars if I could!
