I used the app for ordering and paying for my order. App is manageable. My order was ready exactly when it said it would be. Nice! I was going to use the drive-thru pickup window, but the line of cars wrapped around the building. I picked my order up by walking inside. I should've had faith but I didn't. Because by the time I had walked in picked up my pizza and walked back out to my vehicle, the line had already moved all the way around. Excellent job Donato's! The pizzas were perfect. Good staff. Pleasantly surprised.

Pretty good pizza. Soft dough. Heavy on the veggies. Did not like the boneless wings. Some were still cold in the middle, and flavorless. Gristle and chewy. I didn't like them at all. Might of been a bit better if cooked right.

Don't like the fact that when you call to order a pizza you have to pay more money just to take my order. Donatos don't take orders anymore. The person is not even at the store. It's a help center.

Walked in staff was friendly. Got a big don it was good. Also got a large pizza it was not good. Also noticed they had a Mr.Heater propane heater running in the dining area. Over all probably won't be back.

When I tried to order a pizza, A foreigner answered the phone with a real bad accent. I could not figure out what he said. other than ( NO SPEAK ENGLISH ) Any way I hung up and ordered from an English speaking pizza shop , Dug out pizza ,Caledonia, Ohio

Created my own. Half cheese and half plant-based sausage. Hand tossed pizza. Yummy. Breadsticks were fine but not worth the cost (IMO).Vegetarian options: Plant-based sausage!
