I worked here not long ago and it was an amazing and positive experience. This is coming from a person who hates having to work in the fast food industry. For starters the new manager they have whose name is Ben is an awesome and very effective leader as well as teacher. He also knows how to run the store especially when it is busy and chaotic. The people I worked with were pretty awesome as well. They actually care about the customers and when there is an issue of any kind they handle themselves very professionally. Not only is this a good place to eat but it's also a very happy and good place to work.

Recently applied here about 3 months ago, got denied for my application. I still come here regularly, sometimes twice a day. The blonde manager that denied my application the same day I was supposed to start, now treats me like basically an alien anytime she has to serve me. Being pushy about getting me ordered, and out. Some of the younger kids are super nice here, it’s a shame they have more morals and courtesy than a grown woman. I’m still respectful as can be :) **somehow my last review got deleted, so I’ll be checking to make sure it’s here!

Ordered the potato rounds with cheese, jalapeños, bacon... Hair in the cup. Clear as day as soon as I opened the lid so I don't know how they missed it. Didn't see any jalapeños, either.

Really disappointed ? with the lack of choices and wasn't really impressed with the Spider donuts I got either.
I wish there was an option for NO stars! My daughter and I just went through there, and I ordered 2 ice coffees, One donut, and 3 orders of hash brown. The ice coffees were so nasty!!! The orders of hash brown were not even all the way cooked and had a weird taste on them! I put them in my air fryer and it didn’t even help! I threw them away! The guy at the window was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and didn’t even say one word just held his handout from the money! Literally never said one word!!!!! On the good side my daughter ate her donut even with the icing melted off!

Went through drive-thru for morning breakfast. Their menu board was broke, so I really couldn't figure out what we wanted to order. Told to go through the app or come in. Service was slow. I wanted a receipt, and the receipt machine was broken. Clearly, they don't do much maintenance air care about customer service. I won't be back.

I ordered a iced cappuccino one evening ask for a little bit of ice. What I got through Door dash was a half of a large. With no ice but I paid eight dollars for a small basically then another night I ordered a latte mocha with caramel in it and I received I think it was a chai tea hot and I asked for something with ice in it inside the building, I walked inside to get donuts, one day and the counters for sticky the floor was sticky. Looks like no one's come knows how to clean. Bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing with no supervision. Very disappointing. I've been to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts around Ohio Marion in Ohio. I should even give them a two should be a -2.
