Always excited to go get my vanilla chocolate dipped cone when we visit Marion, Ohio. The customer service has always been great. Very friendly and helpful when trying to figure out what you want to eat with so many options. Whenever we go there is always a line. Which means the foods good and it's never been a long wait. My husband loves the shredded chicken sandwich. I tried the hot dog with chili and to me it tasted like sloppy joes on top. No problem just not what I was expecting. Besides I was already full from eating my chocolate dipped vanilla cone anyways. The atmosphere makes me feel like we almost step back in time to when our grandparents were young. If you're from outta town and want something different check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I don’t leave reviews often, but 98% of the time The Jerzee is absolutely above the expectations and they follow instructions and requests so well. As soon as they open, me and my fiance go here multiple times a week for food and/or ice cream and it hits the spot.I Love their shredded chicken!

Nice place to stop and get ice cream. Highly recommend trying one of their Clipper ice cream sundaes, you won’t regret it. You can mix flavors and it’s just absolutely delicious.

The ice cream is pretty good. I had the strawberry short cake sundae for the first time and it was delicious. However I have to knock off two stars because of the bees and trash! EMPTY YOUR OUTSIDE TRASH MORE OFTEN, ACTUALLY GIVE THE GARAGE BINS A GOOD SCRUBBING EVERY NIGHT AT CLOSING (Don't just spray them out, use disinfectant, soap, and a scrub brush!), GET AN EXTERMINATOR, AND GET SOME TABLES THAT HAVE UMBRELLAS! I have been there three times and every single time the outside trash is overflowing, which draws in even more bees and wasps! Completely forget about sitting on the only side with the only shade! That is where most of the bees and wasps are and as we get later in the summer and the beginning of fall those wasps will consume all sides because they're attracted to the overflowing trash on all sides! There isn't a single table umbrella either so if you plan on eating there, like many of us need to, so our kids ice cream doesn't get all over our vehicles be prepared for it to melt even more rapidly and all over all of you because you have to sit directly in the beaming bright sun!

Celebrated Christmas in July there last night. Wonderful time.
We took a whole baseball team and they handled it like pros. Didn't mess up an order or anything. Worth 5 stars easy.

I love Jer-zee. They have some hard competition with Fred's across town. Each have their plus and negative. Jerzee has better footlong coneys and cheaper shakes while Fred banana splits are bigger and cheaper. Fred's is normally cheaper all around.
