I’m leaving this review in hopes that the franchise owner understands what’s going on. These people are over worked. Tons of mobile orders coming in and the most purely unorganized methods of taking orders in place. Why do we have the person who is cutting meat hand-writing an order on a piece of paper AND trying to prep sandwiches? This adds time that could be saved with a digital kiosk and printed ticket. On average, we’ve been here 7 times since this opened and it takes us between 25-35 minutes to get our orders. Everyone seems confused because of the manual ordering process. People walk out every time we’re in here because of the unorganized mess with mobile orders taking up the queue for in store orders. This store needs a separate mobile order station to work on sandwiches and toppings that is purely isolated from in store orders so those working on in store orders can handle the orders for in-store and not worry about the 30 mobile orders coming in.This time around we chose to mobile order to save time and ended up asking for a refund because we sat in store for 30 minutes after ordering our order mobile 15 minutes prior to arriving to the store. 4 people left while we were waiting on our food. Please. Hire more people or as a franchise owner, come help your store. They are DROWNING and NEED guidance.We won’t be coming back nor recommending people come here until something is done about this. We wanted to help keep this store alive but it is by far the most unorganized method of orders I’ve ever seen.I hope that one day I can edit this review and make it 5 stars, but it’s not looking promising.

Purchased a regular sub that was assembled with fresh meat & cheese that was sliced while I watched. It was delicious! They also have a grilled menu. There was a constant line and take out orders with probably at least a dozen employees keeping up with the demand. I didn’t talk to the manager but watched his interaction with staff & customers enough to know that he is someone who has excellent skill. There was ample sitting with glass storefront for view. The only “complaint” would be that they were so busy that the cleaning of tables wasn’t being kept up with, but I’ll be back!

We ordered some subs there recently and really liked it. They are somewhat pricey. I think you could possibly try and negate some of the $$$costs by using their app they’ll probably have special offers or points you can redeem for food ect. Overall, it was a very good experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff was very friendly.Vegetarian options: I believe they have a few vegetarian sub options. My son got the portobello Swiss sub, and it had no meat at all. I believe there’s some other sort of veggie option also.Parking: I was there around 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening and the parking was very good however, I’m not sure what it would be like at other times for instance, lunch could possibly be pretty hectic

They were so nice and they went above and beyond for me by cleaning and sanitizing their machines and prep area due to having celiac disease and preparing a gluten free sub. I appreciate this more than they know!!! I will definitely be back!
Busy place but lots of people working. Placed my order via the app, was told it would be ready at 12:32, arrived around 12:15, and heard my name called within a minute of my arrival. Sandwich was prepared with requested deletions and additions, correct chips were in the bag, and everything tasted great.Vegetarian options: Anything cold can be made without meat/cheese; there are portobello mushroom hot sub options (cheesesteaks) which might be okay without cheeseDietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and vegetarian options availableParking: Smallish lot shared with 3 other businesses. Entrance but no direct exit to street.

If you're looking for a great sub, then do yourself a favor and go down the road to Penn Station!!! Jersey Mike's is ok, JUST OK, at best! It's basically a more expensive Subway, and that's the honest truth.Ok, so they just opened their doors a couple of days ago, so they have the "new thing in town" rush going on just like Del Taco did when they first opened up. Well, Del Taco is now dead in the water now that the newness wore off. Jersey Mike's will get there eventually, too! This place is too expensive for Marion! That's why cheapskate Marion has over 5 Subway locations!I'll stick with Penn Station subs! They are WAYYYYY better!!! If I'm paying a premium for a sub, then it has to be great, and you ONLY get that at Penn Station!!! Jersey Mike's is a glorified Subway.
