The employees seemed stressed and couldn't have cared less and whoever was the tall balding man, I pray he isn't the manager but I fear he is....ummmm I'd start with him. Horrible service and a horrible experience overall. Sad because we all love LC. Tragic.

Ordered 3 orders of pizza puffs which had no garlic sauce on top and no pizza sauce inside & one order was burnt, we wanted our food remade but because door dash delivers fir little Ceasars they had to fix the mistake, it's not door dashes fault.

Absolute worst pizza place I've ever had. Hot and Ready isn't an option here. The staff was rude and didn't pay attention to me when i came into the store. Then what I was served was dry, burnt and just trash. I never will pay for such rubbish again.

It's a $5 pizza, so you're getting what you pay for. Our experience at this store changes with each visit. One time the service is great and the line moves quickly. The next visit it takes 20 minutes to get a Hot 'N Ready pizza and we catch attitude from the drive thru attendant. But I digress, it's a good quick fix for dinner on the run during ball season. *Updated 01-28-19: Moving to 1 star. This store hasn't had anything Hot 'N Ready available the last four times we've visited. Each attempt was approx 7pm. We're told the same thing each time: "We don't have any, so it will be 15-20 mins wait." They advertise Hot N Ready 4pm-8pm. So either stop the false advertising, or fulfill the requirements as advertised. *Updated 02-24-22: We are finally done dealing with this store. Placed an order online, received a confirmation, and was charged for the order. Arrived at the store 6:30pm to pick up and the lights are out with handmade signs reading "Closed" on both the main entrance and drive thru window. Never, ever visiting this store again. *Updated 02-07-24: It's been 2 years since we last ordered here. Against our better judgement, we decided to give it a try. Bad idea! Order confirmation stated it would be ready at 8:03 pm. It finally got done at 8:35 pm. We got it home and opened the box. There is no sauce on the pizza and it's burned both top and bottom! We are 1000% done with Little Caesars! Do Not Go Here!!

Stockton tonight to grab a quick hot and ready front door is locked drive-thru is completely packed there was a young lady standing at the front entrance saying they took her money and they're not giving the money back or the food to the point that she said she's about to call the cops I mean come on it's not that hard to make a pizza at Little Caesars if you don't want to do your job then don't work there this place really needs new and better staff that knows what they're doing

I love ordering a large stuffed crust pizza with onion, green peppers and pepperoni. Love the oven roasted wings. And the stuffed bread sticks were great (even tho you only get 3 sticks in an order). Don't call. They never answer the phone. And they never have any hot and readies. Order online for fast service.
