Well, I ordered the sausage egg McMuffin but No egg came with. I also ordered 2 strawberry cream pies,but., I was informed at the time of receiving my food (Window 2) they didn't have any made. I was given the option to come back after a while and they should have some made; I asked to have my money refunded ;) I did receive some bagel sandwich (thing) smothered in something, that I never ordered- I never received a receipt SO not sure if I payed for said bagel sandwich. :( Meh.. Oh... My food was just lukewarm - since I am sharing about my experience, ..................

Great staff, great food! They worked around my food allergy and I’m very appreciative. The 2 men working the 2 drive thru windows were very kind and helpful. Thank you to the cook working tonight as well for changing gloves and making the food fresh because of my food allergy! Happy to give them my business!

Just left this location where I sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. I was boxed in or I would have left. At one point, the line didn't move an inch for at least 10 minutes. Then when I got to the window to pay, she had lost my order and didn't know how to retrieve it or reorder and had to go for help. I spent another several minutes waiting to pay. I have no idea what was going on, but no manager stepped up to help. Very poor service.

Every once in a while they are busy on Sundays and today was no different. But I wanted to give credit to the girl bringing out the orders today she had her hands full but didn't buckle under the pressure. Great job!

Every time we go through the drive thru we have to park out front and wait for our food. Last time we asked for our money back. Don't recommend going there.

It made me so mad eating there bc my fries they were too crispy and brown and very chunky and my whipped cream on my frappe was a diff brand
Menu is always the same . The customer service leaves a lot of room for improvement. There's some that are really good and some you feel like you are interrupting their phone calls. They don't pay attention to the orders and requests.

I should have known better when three cars are parked up front! I order food for my son and husband I won't eat at McDonald's anymore and I get parked for 5 mins and seen 4 other cars get parked nothing was fresh fresh off the fryer or grill so why did I have to park and then out of everything I had to turn around in krogers and grab the missing Big Mac.. when I pulled in and told them you could hear people in the back ground laughing. Not professional at all... I wonder why McDonald's is failing this is why....

This is a very small McDonald’s not a lot of seating inside, almost all the kiosks were down, and the one that did work didn’t give a receipt. Food took about 10 minutes and came out cold/soggy… there was not a single menu to look at when ordering at the counter.
