So slow. A bunch of people standing around, need better leadership or something. But it shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a mcdonalds iced coffee.

When placing an order to be delivered via door dash. If the store shorts you food, they pass the blame to the dasher. Even if the seal is intact. Shorted me 20.00 of food and would NOT accept responsibility and or refund me. Mcdonalds passing the holiday cheer one customer at a time!Update. 3/17/24Tried again. Gave them another chance and again got burned. Only received half our meal. They failed to give the drive our 5 breakfast sandwiches. I was able to get in contact with the driver and he went back and corrected. I DO NOT recommend this particular McDonald's location. -10 out of 10 stars.

The best McDonald’s in town. Courteous staff, very fast service and the food was hot and delicious. Still a little pricey for some things, but I love the breakfast so I can’t resist.Wheelchair accessibility: Big spacious tables provide great seating for handicapped people.
Sitting in the dinner watched two customers walk out and the second was very vocal that he hadn't been helped at the other locations in town standing at the counter for more then 15 mins without someone even noticing him. The first woman left cussing. Took them more then 15 mins to get my food out. Needs work definitely shouldn't be paying the prices for food that we are with service like this

I work across the street and order Curbside. They are always fast, friendly and the food is always hot.
I think it's pretty bad when you go through the drive thru all you order is a cup of coffee. Only to get up to the window after waiting to get up to the pay window in the first place. Get to the pick up window and they tell you to pull up waiting on coffee. No reason to have to as long as I waited in line that coffee should of been made. Not the first time either but it will be the last. Over McDonald's

Order kiosks we're not working properly and wouldn't accept cards. Had to wait in line for the one person taking orders and she wasn't having a good day. By the time I got my order, it was wrong, but I didn't say anything and just ate it the way it was and it was cold.

Place was disgusting. Floors weren’t clean and trash all over the place and on the tables. Food was thrown at us by one of the workers. The pop machine was out of ice and most of the pops were out. No sauce and waited 10minutes just for cups.
