Good food when they have it. Waiting 30 minutes after working 12 hours not so much fun

Bad food no refund sent in complaint broccoli raw beef 4 small pieces shrimp batter flour tasting chow main was just dry Ramon noodles employee said shrimp tasted floury because sauce wasn't cooked long enough and they only give you 20% meat well I got a full bowl and only got four little pieces they said they were giving money back the next day since I drove 20 mi I got there they said no it needed to be on the day manager never came to the window and Floyd kept walking back and forth and talking to her manager greens only amounted to a few pieces of cabbage I will not go back also both fried rice and white rice very dry I could go on it was very bad!! This was at Marion Ohio before I went to Sunbury and got the walnut shrimp it was okay but they gave you very little and rice was dry!!

I honestly don't understand how this restaurant is out of everything, all the time. I also don't understand how, every time I have ordered the string bean chicken all I get is green beans and 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Take it off of the menu if you aren't going to serve proportional items!!! They have two people running drive thru, tell me how the screen while ordering a plate and a bowl is correct but when cashed out my plate is missing and my receipt is saying I ordered two bowls? This is ridiculous! Your company needs to train your employees better, this is the last time I will ever give this restaurant my money. Do not eat here!

I've been here over six times. Not one time did they get it right. I've ordered orange chicken and rice, and got home to find they just gave me rice. Keep your money local, don't support these kids.

The service was terrible.We were fed fried rice made with brown rice and were told that that's how the dish was made. We had family who worked there, and we know for a fact that white rice is used.When asked for a chicken dish that was almost over, we were told that it's not available, and we'd have to wait for 30 minutes just to get that single dish.We wanted a refund since the fried rice was absolutely terrible, and the lady tried to scam us by saying that the refund was initiated and that we should leave. When we asked for a receipt of the refund, she then proceeded to ask us the actual details and actually started the refund process. All the while, she was glaring at us like we were in the wrong!

The only thing I can say is, you can definitely tell that it's not Asian people cooking the food here. It was not bad food actually it was good quality it just was not real Chinese food, it was more America's version of Chinese food.

They are out of most things whenever we go whether it's 2 pm or 6pm. It never seems to be busy. It's really bad when they don't even have fried rice half of the time when we go. I would understand I'd they were out of things during a meal rush or right before closing. We try to be understanding but one of the last times we went they were literally out of 2/3 of everything on their menu.
