I come here once or twice a week. The staff is very friendly. They are quick and always make it the right way the first time. I love my local Penn Station!

We come here weekly on one of our gym days for dinner. Always fresh food, friendly staff, quality food and flavors. If I could improve two things they would be the wait time and the cost but we understand that this food is usually grilled to order so it does take some additional time.

AMAZING!!! Called in a rather large order for pick up and they nailed everything! Over the phone, they confirmed everything, made sure each order was correct, clarified everything, etc. When I got there, they helped me with getting half gallons and all the extras. Napkins, cups, extra condiments, etc. Super nice, explained everything, and even helped me with my order to my car so I didn't have so many trips. Once unpackaging my order, they packed everything with care and so neatly and labeled everything. The crew working March 18, 2024 around 11:15am-12:10pm was so friendly and nice that I can't speak highly enough. Didn't catch names, unfortunately.

Order the Dagwood sub, Ruben sub, 2 large fries, and 2 sodas. Everything was really good other than the Ruben was put on a multi grain bun. Asked for rye bread but they don't have it, they suggested multi grain, Told them I didn't like it and asked for white bread.

First time at this location, second time at a Penn station. Eating in the food took over 30 minutes. Everyone behind the counter was extremely lazy. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Won’t be back.

As far as cuisine choices, Penn Station is somewhere between Chipotle and BDub’s. However, the moment I walked through the door I knew this would be a special experience. I was greeted in the most friendly manner by the sandwich artist, and then again by the young gentlemen who took our order. My particularly hard to please friend requested crispy bacon on her sub, and boy was she satisfied beyond her wildest expectations. Every bite was the perfect blend of crunch and flavor. The onions were impeccable, the ratio of honey mustard to mayo on the grilled club was ideal, and the fries came out fresh and hot.The bathroom was as clean as can be expected…I have experienced way worse. My only complaint was how hard I had to pump the ketchup because some kept oozing out the top. Lots of pumping for little to no result. The sandwich artist made sure we left with a warm goodbye. All in all, a titillating meal that I will cherish for a lifetime.

Closes at 10 but when we arrived at 8:30 they were mopping the floors looking closed. When we opened the door we were told they had no food. That they had record sales and sold everything. ?

Love this place. PLEASE FIX YOUR DOORDASH CLOSING TIME they have your closing time WRONG and cut your orders off an hour and half before you close. I hate settling on other places on nights I'm without a car to pick up my order & rely on DD.
