3star on food. Why? INCONSISTENCY!!! Better to order from the first shift crew even if you don't eat it until 10:00 p.m.. haven't noticed a problem so much with the chicken or pasta but anything involving dough, especially the breadsticks. I do emphasize the breadsticks because the first shift crew are as one would imagine them to be as they have been forever. Evening crew is another story. The breadsticks are dry, no butter brushed on top, lacks flavor, and it's like tearing apart cardboard or something. I don't understand why the evening people do not properly prepare them. And because of this, this is why I stopped ordering pan pizza, especially in the evening.

When I arrived to pick up my order, they explained to me that they had given my order to somebody else. They told me they were going to remake it and give it to me fresh. They also told me that they were going to comp one of the cookie pizzas that I had ordered because of what had happened. They asked me to pull up or come back in 15 to 20 minutes. So I pulled up to parking spot number one. I waited for 25 minutes and nobody had come out and brought my food so I drove back around to ask about it, I was told that it wasn’t quite done yet. It would be about 3 to 4 minutes. So I waited, and when they gave me my food, they had shorted me a large stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza. When I told the lady this, she told me she was very sorry she would give me a credit on my account for a later time of $25. I was frustrated because that was supposed to feed my children for dinner but I said that was fine. I have not gotten any type of credit or refund for the $25 or the cookie pizza. I was still charged almost $65 for my order and I didn’t receive it on time or all of it. I am extremely disappointed in my Pizza Hut experience last night January 23, 2024.
I placed an order at 5:30pm for a big dinner box with 2 garlic parmesan cheese pizzas, cheese sticks, and boneless honey bbq wings. I ordered online and it was supposed to be an 18 minute wait. We went thru the pickup window at 5:50 and was told that the pizzas were "soupy" and needed to be remade. Pulled up and had to wait another 17 minutes for it to be remade and both of the pizzas were only 1/3 covered with the toppings and sauce. The cheese sticks and the pizzas are over done. I was very patient, left a tip and yet I feel as though this is not worth $28.
Although i was missing some wings and had little sauce last night, when i called back today i had the best customer service. The employee was extremely kind and made things right immediately. Thank you for being one of the few places with this excellent service!! I wish I knew who the employee was but it was a young girl working night shift. She deserves to be in management position bc i cant say anything but great things about her! Please look up my order and see who put my credit on my account to make things right and give her kudos and let her know how thankful i am for her kindness. Its so sad to say, but good customer service these days are hard to come by. Theres very few that still have it and your location is beyond lucky to have an employee that cares ad much as she does about not only the business establishment itself, but their loyal customers as well ensuring they have a good experience and very empathetic on issues that im sure was purely a mistake as they were s bit busy. Thanks to her this location has became my favorite and by far and will always order here for now on. Please please. Please give this young lady the promotion and kudos she deserves!

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a minute and it didn’t disappoint. Buttery crust, cheesy with the right amount of crisp on the pepperoni. The customer service was fantastic. I was sitting in my car waiting they came out and delivered my pizza to the door!
