Used to be one of my favorite quick burger joints. However, now instead of a live person, you talk to AI and it doesn't always get your order right. This last stop I was pretty complacent about the food. Something has changed and the taste and goodness that I remember is now missing. There was only one poor girl in the kitchen and running the register all by herself. Might try one more time soon, but if it's the same the next time? It might be time to let it go.Dietary restrictions: Everything there is pretty much deep fried so not much for the cholesterol or heart conscious diner.Parking: It's a drive through with about 5 outdoor tables which really only get used every now and then.Kid-friendliness: Used to be a kid favorite in our house. Hopefully they were just having an off day.

Slow and rude employees will not under any circumstances talk to you if you walk up to the front counter and slow for door dash
Food was hot but my chicken sandwich was hard could varily eat it and pop tasted like water it was bad. Messed up my order had bacon on it after I asked 3times no bacon because allergic to pork and still had bacon on it! I'm unhappy!

Just had a bad experience over at McDonald's. Decided to eat at ralleys instead ordered a #10 and everything was excellent and fresh! This ralleys has never gave me a bad product!

It lost a star because I fear 5hey have changed the hamburgers. 4 weeks ago I got the best burger, juicy ,tasty,flavorful.Went last week and it was so terrible I ate my mozzarella Stix and drank my drink and after 3 bites of my burger threw the burger out. COME ON DONT SCREW UP THE ONLY BURGER IN TOWN THAT TASTES LIKE BEEF!
