Took over an hour to get our food! Go through the drive thru if you want faster service. Would have left if we hadn't already paid by credit card. Most of the food was good, but a hamburger was cold. And they missed an item in the order. It wasn't a large order.

I worked here and the inside is really gross the floors are so greasy lots of mold bugs and mice. I would not suggest this to anyone and I really hope this place changes or gets closed down

My sons food was so greasy and nasty we didn’t let him eat it. My husbands burger was the same. He got a side of chili cheese tots. They didn’t give them to us. When I asked she said they’re out of chili. So I asked for a refund on the difference. She said no. My husband ordered a shake. Their machine was down. When I asked where that was she offered him a slush. I asked for a refund on that difference. She said no. So I called corporate. They wouldn’t refund me at all because my son ate 2 mozzarella sticks. They gave me 10 dollar gift card and 2 coupons that expire in 30 days. this was a waste of my time. Worst food and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will not be using the coupons or gift card. Won’t give another dime to this disgusting establishment.

I used to like their food but the owner is extremely rude almost everytime. The food is somewhat good but the conditions it is prepared in is disgusting I honestly can't believe they are still open. AWFUL!!!

Took 45 minutes to finally get our food. Messed up one of our sandwiches. How do you forget the t on a BLT. Total came to $16.07, so I gave them $20.07, and they brought back $3.87?? Obviously, you don't need a degree to work here, so apply today. They're short staffed./EDIT: After finishing our food and my husband finished his drink, he pulled off his lid to eat the ice. To our disgust, there was an ANT in his cup!? This experience gets worse and worse. We will never be back./

Ordered 2 drinks in a mobile order, that's it, just 2 drinks. It took half an hour to get them and they weren't even correct. Manager is clearly too young and inexperienced for her job. Very rude

We’ll Figure It Out.

On three separate occasions, I tried to order the same item from them and couldn’t get it. Pull up one time to order it the little menu kiosks get told I have to go through drive-through go to the drive-through and get told they don’t have what I want every time I go there they don’t have something or they ask me if they can do it different.

Took 40 mins for 2 slushies and a shake all the employees are outside smoking and yelling amongst them self about a story which includes a ton of profanities then for us to call in and they say “we aren’t doing stall orders and our ice cream machine is broke so we can’t do your online order we’ll refund you in 5-7 days”

The food is sometimes warm and sometimes cold. You will ALWAYS have a lengthy wait either at a steal or through the drive thru. Expect to receive excuses from the staff that they are short stages and everyone calls off and they can't get the orders out in a timely manner! They tried to hand me my order and push me along but i checked my order and over half of it was missing! This isn't the first time this has happened either! My chicken tenders were so hard that neither i, nor my cat could even eat them. It was a total waste of money. When i called to explain my dissatisfaction, i was given a meaningless apology and no offer to replace my unedible food. I don't plan on returning here which is unfortunate because i love the menu items when prepared properly. Sad.

Read to the end.This location is always has a long wait at the drive through to have someone take your order even if you are the only car. If you order through the app and check in at a stall, your wait time is even longer. They frequently forget items in my order or just give me the wrong food or drinks.But this past Wednesday, March 12th, 2024 around 6:00 pm was the best yet. I waited in line at the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes to tell them I was there to pick up my mobile order. I finally gave up and drove up to the window to find that the store was empty. No people, no lights, an no signs to notify customers that they we're closed. I was one of several cars in the drive-thru line.I checked my credit card today and they still took the money for my order. I checked the app and it states that my order was completed. They wasted my time and they stole my money!
