Great customer service the employees were very friendly but the bread was burnt to the point that that you couldn't taste anything except the burnt bread.

If you have a call in order and the inside of the store is busy, you can still expect to wait. This defeats the purpose of calling ahead or ordering door dash. The employees feel the need to clear the inside of the store before preparing call ahead orders. This is not the proper order of preparing the food. If you are a walk in and there are called in orders, then you should expect a wait, not the other way around. Management needs to reevaluate their process!

I have ordered from this subway a couple times now. The first time my order was given to someone else. The 2nd time someone else took my order and brought it back. The person working told me to just take my order from the other person. AFTER they left with my food and came back in and said it wasn't their food!!!

I had heard a lot of bad reviews on social media about this store since management had changed. My husband want something different Saturday night 4/23/2023 picked up at 810 pm. We kicked around the idea of Sonic, Chipotle, Arbys, and settled on Subway. Best sandwich we have had in a very long time from anywhere. The gentleman working was very nice, everything was fresh and the store was bright and clean.

Breakfast sandwiches are always great and nice alternative to other fast food breakfast alternatives.Only complaint is lacking meat on a ham egg cheese sandwich (only 3 thin slices of ham). I was able to get for a small up-charge but come on now...6 slices won't hurt your bottom line!

Workers filled called in order before waiting on customers standing in line. Had to wait 10 minutes while they filled call in order before people standing in line what kind of custom service is that? Won't be back to this store! Terrible service.

Went here during the evening and a older man put on gloves and as he started to make our sandwiches he reached up and with his gloves on scratched his beard! Then continued to make and put the same gloves all over our food. We left immediately!!
