I ended up quitting,,it's not just the employees either. We're not getting trained!!The customers that came in today were awful..You don't have to speak so loudly about extras on your sandwich..im not deaf or daft or ignorant...I have 2 other jobs anyway, im not getting paid enough to put up with this nonsense shit, plus go to college to be a lawyer and a physicist too!!

I just started working here and... They gave me NO TRAINING. just a bunch of videos to watch about an automatic meat slicer and a test on a meat slicer. That was it. I feel like im going to pass out all day here because all I do is stand...incoming customers CONSTANTLY; and there's usually only 1 or 2 of us working. So no time for break to sit down. Or whatever. No time to eat or really drink anything substantial; ive lost 10 pounds in 2wks and I was only 115 pounds to begin with. I feel sick as a dog, and the customers that come in literally have no idea what they want, then when you ask them--they just say \\\"oh...whatever comes with it. But can you put extra meat, extra sauce, extra everything else?\\\" Fine, but when you get to cash register, what do the employers expect you to ring up? Dont bother asking your coworkers questions either..they get mad at anyone new. I have terrible adhd and several mental health issues, and I can't be expected to do ALL the work and do it correctly.

Food was ok despite being shorted on meat in our 6" breakfast sandwiches. A bacon, egg and cheese I would expect more than 2 pieces of bacon, and on a steak, egg and cheese, they literally only used ½ of the already portioned cup of meat. I'm not sure I'll be back to any of the Marion Subways anytime soon (I believe they are owned by the same franchisee). Such a rip off!And to top it off, it was early morning when we went in and the place was a total mess, almost like they simply closed up last night and did nothing before they closed!

Used door dash. Order was incorrect. Door dash will not even compensate for the sandwich. Only half the cost. This is definitely Subways job to get my order correct, not door dash. Now my kid doesn't have a sandwich to eat and apparently there's no resolution to fix this ? NOT a happy customer!!!

Me and my daughter stopped in this Subway on 01/10/22 around 11am. So she could get a slushie. The worker Kathy said to us it will be a minute. I ask if they was open yet. She replied very rude yes we're open I had to switch the pop machine out and I said it will be a minute. Needless to say we did not wait for her as she got very very rude and was cussing us. We won't be going back in there.

I was in subway today with my grandchildren the woman that was taking our order seemed to be mad we were there, she clearly did not want to be there and seemed upset because she had customers. She might want to look for something to do that doesn’t involve the public.

It shouldn't take 10 min to make a sub. There were 10 people in line and the worker was having a whole conversation with a costumer who's sub was finished. No sense of urgency like at all.
