Customer service is awful. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. She comes out sees I'm waiting not in a car. And says you need to go thru drive thru. "Excuse me ma'am I'm walking" her reply is idc I saod apologize I'm not opening these doors there's 2 of us shaking her hands all around like a crazy person.

Feel like there should be more than enough people willing to work these jobs however it just seems every time I go to these places whether it be for my own personal meal or on a doordash run and am needing to receive the orders as quickly as possible for tips they under deliver in the performance

The employees that were working here on this night were polite and friendly. That's not always the case though. The food was under weight by far. The best advice i can give you for this taco bell is, if you don't have extra time to waste, then pick a different taco bell. This is the slowest taco bell in marion! They never show the slightest bit of interest in hurrying to make your food! You WILL wait excessive amounts of time in this drive thru, guaranteed!

They are soooo slow....wait 5 minutes...." Take a minute to look at the menu"....5 minutes later " can I take your order?"....pays for order...." Can you pull up and will bring your order right out to you?".....waits 5 more minutes -_-

Nastiest crew members I’ve had the displeasure of having. Asked for 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos and the lady at the window acted like I told her 50 things. Had an attitude and told me “you’re talking way too fast just start over” … imagine not being able to handle an order of 4 tacos. She made me wait and served 4 cars behind me. So I kindly got my money back. Probably shouldn’t work in fast food if you hate your own life
