Whoever was taking orders for the drive thru kept getting it wrong. Then when I pulled up because they kept getting it wrong, they still got my whole order wrong. An Iced Mocha is NOT a iced coffee. They are very different drinks.I asked for a steak egg cheese bagel with no egg. It had egg. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, they ordered a sausage biscuit with egg. Get a new cashier for your drive thru because BOTH people running it don't know what they're doing.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We get there and we were waiting forever for someone to take our order. Then we see a kid maybe 5-7 and he’s just walking back in the kitchen helping himself to ice and everything else. Their was no ice in the pop machine everyone had to go up and get it but when u would try and get their attention they would ignore you. Our fries were NOT done they were still raw and molded to the the container with grease dripping off them. Will not be wishing at this McDonald’s again!

Went today service at drive thru was very poor did not recieve half the food i ordered when i paid the cashier slammed the window when i was recieving my food the clerk didn't give me all the drinks food or straws. First time ive been here and got service like this this was the only one i would go to but now will be no more.

Literally the worst McDonalds I've ever had the displeasure of going to. If they ever get your order right, it's so stale it's not even worth eating. They never put any sauces in the bag when you have to pay for them, rarely give straws. And is probably the worst at even taking down orders. The only way they ever get your order right, is if they take down the wrong order completely.

This place has the worst management the worst customer service food could be all right if management and employees were actually managed and trained service sucks really really bad the atmosphere is only halfway clean it does smell like feces a lot. But as of febuary the 12th 2024 this place can't seem to get any orders correct it doesn't matter if you're standing in front of them looking at them in the eye and tell him you want to hash browns you're only going to get one and if you call to complain they will hang up on you it doesn't matter that you're recording the phone call so you actually have proof of the phone call conversation they refused to refund you your money they don't even offer to refund your money they don't even offer to replace your food they just hang up they do nothing to fix the problem that they caused by taking my money and not giving me what I paid for... This has been happening literally every time I've stopped at this place for years. Somebody needs to do some investigating I don't know what the problem is or why you keep charging people for items that you're purposely not giving them plus you don't want to give their money back you don't want to give them food replacement but I don't want food replacement y'all can't even get the replacement food right that's how pathetic. It's on top of how pathetic it is it smells like feces you overcharge where is all that money go at the end of the night that's left in the register you know you're only allowed to have a certain amount of money most of the time it's only $250 that you're allowed to start off with in your drawer and then at night when you count your drawer down to even it out yeah yeah but that don't count does it because the receipt says it doesn't tell me what Ipaid for them though so I'm not sure if this is just Walmart's way of continuously Non-Stop and scamming people stealing from customers or what but y'all's food isn't even good enough for me to put up with this pathetic business and the horrible horrible management it's not even good enough I will never use this McDonald's ever!!! How you so dumb or is it that you really hate your job and you hate your life so much that you purposely mess up every single order it wouldn't matter if I came back six times in one day every single one of my orders would be messed up go find a job. Or get retraining customer service restaurant etiquette like what is so hard about doing your job? You get paid to do it but you can't do it so I'm confused and they raised minimum wage for what reason??
