I have eaten here several times and have not had a bad experience. Last visit I had Boneless Wings which in my opinion are better than either BWIII or Roosters. The waitress was friendly and attentive.
Stopped for a quick lunch after a Dr's appointment. Great friendly service, great food, drinks were on pointParking: There is plenty of parking available. Just watch out for all the other idiots that don't pay any attention. There are several other businesses that share the parking lot. Almost got hit by someone rushing to get to Starbucks

This location still hasn't lived up to decent quality standards. I've tried it off and on the last several years, and I'm always disappointed. The latest visit, all the food was dry and overdone. Wife had a medium steak that was pretty medium well, and my bourbon Street chicken was burnt and dry. Service was good though, and the atmosphere was fine, music wasn't overpowering like most restaurants lately.
