Never get the order right. The food is always cold and taste like it hhas set there for hours under a heat lamp. Everything is rubbery tasting. Employees are very rude when you go in and tell them that this is not what you ordered

Guy working the register was super friendly, but I ordered a Big Mac with no lettuce.Get on 31 to Columbus and low and behold my sandwich was covered in lettuce. And shredded lettuce...so I couldn't pick it off.I typically wouldn't post a review for a mistake but this happens way too much here :(By the time I was anywhere to mess with it, it was cold so I threw it out and ordered pizza in cbus.

This location is quick (esp when you use the app) during breakfast. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would go back to this McDonald's again if I was in the area.
Walking in the lobby as a disgusting mess. Tables not cleaned food all over the floor. Ordered a fish sandwich plain with cheese and when I got my food there was tartar sauce on my fish and less than half a slice of cheese. The cheese wasn't even fully on the sandwich, most was in the box. The manager who I brought my food to was great though. He replaced my food and made sure it was right. I understand mistakes happen I manage a fast food restaurant and I would not stand for such a dirty place where my line crew are not making food people pay for correctly.

This place sucks. Asked for no pickles, and they gave me ONLY PICKLES. Fries were soggy and the workers are obviously incompetent.
