They take forever! I went today and waited about 20 minutes maybe more. Then when I got home with my food I realized that they ran out of the bread that usually comes with it. So they just switched it out without telling me or letting me know at the ordering board. My mom went about a week ago and told me she tried to order a salad but they said they were out of about half of the items on the salad. She ended up making a salad with almost nothing she wanted. After a long wait, When she got to the window they told her they were out of the dressing she wanted too. They just change your order and let you drive off and hope you don’t care.

Not sure what happened to this place. I live close enough that I go there about once a year. Never had a problem until this visit. It's located in an easily accessible area, and the staff was friendly, but that's about the end of the positive for this visit. Their soda machine wasn't working. They had no lettuce, and they were missing several cheeses. The tables were dirty, and they were playing music too loud for people who wanted a place to talk. Wasn't super impressed.

I can't believe in this day and time with Panera being so healthy conscious that I couldn't get wheat or rye bread for a sandwich!! I can't eat any white bread!! I asked for rye or wheat they said they don't have any!

I’m so sad the broccoli cheddar mac was discontinued! I’ve been under the weather, I was craving it! I settled for the broccoli ched soup, another one of my favs! I’m not sure of the store manager’s name, but he made my day today! Super kind and energetic! This man deserves a raise!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Customer service is a joke. And they are constantly out of basic menu items.

We ordered 3 Sandwiches, soup, mac and cheese, spent $45. Veggie sandwich had no cucumber, no mixed greens, bread didn't taste right. 1 sandwich had no pepperoni and had to chose a different bread. Yes we were told that ahead of time but chose to order anyway. $45. We were going to add a different meat for missing pepperoni but would have to pay extra $2 for that. Veggie sandwich was hastily thrown together, so much hummus that was oozing out of the sandwich! $45 dinner that was not impressive. I decided to give this panera location a 2nd try, my first experience was basically the same. That was when it first opened, I thought by now things would have gotten better. I was wrong. I won't be back. This location gives all paneras a bad reputation.
Great staff and delicious meals. Friendly cashier reminded me of my rewards account. Excellent place for a casual job interview/late lunch meeting.

Ordered soups and 1/2 sandwiches for our lunches. No drinks- $28! Ordered chicken avocado sandwich. We got to the window to find they had no avocado. There was also no chicken on either sandwich - only a green goddess type mayo. Won’t be going back.

Panera is always an excellent option, both for breakfast and lunch. Their drinks are very good. It is close to Route 33 in case you are passing through. You won't waste much time it's less than a mile away.

This is a great Panera - the staff are super fast and happy to help if you walk up to the pick-up counter. It's hard to find someone at the register these days since it's assumed you'll do the self-ordering system, but I personally prefer them anyway! I do a lot of online pickup orders and they're always ready within 5 minutes.
