Ordered online to go, bread was dry, dressings on the sandwich were messily put on and the sandwich was not cut. When I ask for my receipt the worker could not find it and then kind of ignored me. He looked through the trash with his plastic gloves on and did not change them when he started

I placed my order online, assuming that I'd be able to pick it up upon arrival. Little did I know that I would be forced to wait for 30 minutes behind a line of people who have not paid nor placed an order. I paid and placed my order through the mobile app so I could pick it up upon arrival... Just to be forced to wait half an hour to get cold food. It's not the customers job to yell at the worker to inform we are here for a pickup. There needs to be a way for the people who order online to get their food more efficiently. That's the whole reason we order online. I will never be ordering from this store again. Every other subway I've seen has a stand where online-orders are placed so we don't have to wait in line. This store does not have that, so, what should have been a 5 minute trip became a 30 minute trip. Never been more unsatisfied with a pickup experience in my life.

Most people have heard of subway, and with that being said I will always choose subway as my go to "I forgot to pack my lunch" place. Even better " I just want a sub" craving. They have healthy vegetable options and you can't outshine a place that solely wants to make you a sandwich. I can't say no to that.

Food left out, bread on rack by register and no one working. They hung a sign saying they will be back at 10:10, it is 1:00 pm. Worker just walked in with cigarettes and placed them on ledge next to the pop machine and went directly to work. No washing hands. Hard pass to eat here again...

The skinny worker guy who is always there with an angry face makes me so mad. I can never get subway because he doesn’t wear gloves, has black dirt under his nails and is very rude and aggressive. Possibly the worst customer service worker I’ve ever met.

My order was accepted and got the confirmation that my order is ready. After reaching there for the pickup no one was there. I tried calling 4-5 times no one picked up. Later called again after 30 mins some one picked and said your order is cancelled. The person was so rude. Worst service ever.

The worker working was shockingly flustered when they weren’t even busy, he did many things that you should never do in front of a customer in customer service. His tone was aggressive and unwelcoming, it was obvious he was upset that customers wanted to buy subs. He got upset towards me because I wanted to make my sub a meal and told me information he definitely did not need to share about how poor the computer they use to ring things up are. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this Subway.

Very very dirty and disgusting needs to be shut down or some serious cleaning also under staffed and was waited on and paid for our food the lady stopped making our food and helped the person who was behind us out first before she finished our food after we already paid this place needs to be looked into immediately!!!!
