Great atmosphere a lot of happy employees very refreshing I work for Waffle House for 10 years they did a great job... I had a T-bone and eggs the eggs were perfectly prepared the toast was crispy and hot the T-bone was cooked to perfection and that is real hard with that thin T-Bone...

My 12 year old has seen all the memes online about "nothing good happens at the Waffle House", so once he saw this next to our hotel, and given the fact the loves waffles, our plans for dinner were set. He was happy with his waffle, but didn't care for the type of bacon served with it, and it definitely didn't feel like 2 strips worth.I ordered the patty melt with bacon and a side of hash browns. My bacon and patty could have used another minute on the grill at least, and I've never had less brown hash browns in my life. Maybe the top quarter were browned, the rest barely warm and completely white.For the price, I really wish we had just gone to Culver's next door. Or even better, Roosters, which is right behind here, that we did for lunch the next day.

Very horrible, going to assume it was the manage who had her 3 children at work with her at almost 1am and as a mother myself I understand things happen but they should have been sitting in a corner booth quietly not disruptive to customers or staff! They was at the counter and the server was goofing off with the kids instead of taking care of the customers! The table was nasty we had to use napkins and wipe it off ourselves, when I asked about the biscuits and gravy he said we are running low then we he brought them to us said at least we didn't have to water them down (don't think you should said that to a customer) music was very loud, employees on their phones doing their own thing as if they were at home. Now there was one female worker there that was waiting on an older couple and she was doing an amazing job making sure they was taken care of. Checking out the server was on his phone while trying to cash us out. Very poor customer service won't go back!!

Way too many people there were only 2 people on staff, took 1 hour to ask what we wanted to drink in my opinion it took way too long. Plus we left before he asked us what we wanted to eat in that time 30 mins have passed.

Placed an order for pickup and received it 15 minutes late. Got home with the food and was missing multiple items. The items that were received all had missing ingredients. Had a double order of hash browns with tomatoes, cheese, onion, chili, ham, and received a single order with only cheese. Missing an order of grits. The sandwiches were supposed to come with diced onions and they were missing from both. First time ordering at this location and likely the last. Wasted quite a bit of money.
