This location's quality and service are going down hill. Service was unfriendly, as if by asking a question, I was being an inconvenience. Second time there with no broccoli, this visit was at 7p and all of the protien looked like it was dry meat left over from lunch time, with very little bit remaining in the bowls. I opted for a vegetarian bowl. To say this was unsatisfactory would be a compliment.

Bowls are huge. This is high quality food that comes fast. I am from Buffalo so it was nice to take a chance on something new while in town, and be VERY happily surprised by the great food! Each ingredient tastes great on its own so it all comes together into one great meal!

This place is my guilty pleasure. My go-to is the purple rice, noodles, potatoes, spicy chicken, carrots, corn, cheese, eggs, topped with yum yum, spicy sciracha, and gochujang sauce with a side of pomegranate lemonade. I eat here way too much!
I ordered online, and showed up at the prescribed time, and waited at the pickup window for more than 30 minutes with constant reminders asking if my order was ready. Meanwhile they served every single customer that walked in the door in 5 minutes or less. While I waited until it was completely dead and then they filled my order. What's the point of ordering online? And saving time in line? Super disappointing.

Went for lunch the food was barely warm and the soup since Covid has changed and is nasty I thought I would give this place another change because the last few times I was in the food was the same.

We picked up a quick lunch at the Mason location. Compared to the other locations we have visited, we felt this one was cleaner and the food fresher. We enjoyed our tofu and Korean beef bbq bowls. The complementary miso soup was watered down and had no flavor, but I guess you get what you pay for. A decent lunch. $22.45, for our bowls only, no drinks or other items.
I literally go out of my way because of how clean this particular location is. Cleanliness is so hard to find and wow every time I come it is such a great experience!! Food is always tasty and fresh. Appreciate this team so much!!
