Ms. Deanna was my server and she is the absolute best. Not only did she help me get to exactly what I wanted but I didn't even know what I wanted I just told her what I was looking for and she supplied all of the things that's fit what I wanted perfectly. I absolutely recommend her and her expertise. She deserves a raise for sure and an unlimited meal card ☺️ Thank you so much Ms. Deanna for a wonderful lunch experience.

I've been to this location a few times & while the food & atmosphere is impressive, they have a bartender/server who is absolutely amazing, her name is Deeana. Being in the restaurant business myself for several years, I don't think I've seen anyone work like she does, with such accuracy and always a smile on her face, no matter how busy it is. I don't know who found her, but she's a keeper! Great Job!!

They were very busy, which is expected on a Saturday night. However, tables around us were being seated and served while we waited at our table. It took a long time for our food to be brought out and we never got refills on our drinks. Waiter seemed to be forgetting about us as we were sat on the end near the corner.
Really nice Italian restaurant, excellent service excellent pasta shrimp salad was ok a few dark spots but everything else was perfect!

Had a horrific customer service experience. I would like to first say that our server/bartender Deana was amazing ,sweet and deserves to be promoted, with that out of the way we had a horrible experience with the GM Candace. Ordered a spaghetti bolognese, it came out dry like it was under a heat lamp for a prolonged period. When it was brought to the GMs attention she twirled my food with her hair hanging over the plate and asked me if she wanted me to dump marinara sauce on top? I said no I ordered bolognese not marinara, she told me not be rude and that’s how it’s made. I was shocked and said no I will pass, not only did I not want her hair in my pasta I also did not want a crispy heat lamp heated dish with a sauce I didn’t order on top of it. She then attempted to argue the situation

We had the Valentine's Day special for $59.99. The bread was very good. The Caesar Salad was lackluster. It took almost an hour to get our entrees, but the Shrimp & Lobster Fettuccine was filling, despite being a little greasy. Finally, the Caramel Cheesecake was excellent to finish off the evening.The staff was very friendly and helpful when we could flag them down. I kept running out of water though, which I'll chalk up to how busy they were for the holiday.All in all, it was a pleasant evening for my wife and I. I'd consider it a good value for the experience.
