I pulled up to this location today, drive thru boards were empty, with a sign stating this location was closed. Seems sudden and not sure why. Usually got good food and service here.

Excellent excellent location if you're looking for something to eat along the way or just want to stop and get a bite I definitely highly recommend stopping here! Whatever you do don't stop at the McDonald's down the street seed review on that one anyways perfect stop for a bite to eat!!

Placed a delivery order on Grubhub, only to have the driver go there and wait for nothing since they were out of something I ordered, so they cancelled my entire order. Luckily, my order was refunded, but I feel bad for the driver using all of that gas for nothing. They need to have these delivery apps indicate which items can’t be ordered if they are all out!

Worst experience ever. Most of Americans have open up the dining room. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru before I pulled away. Watched angry customers try to go into the restaurant, but they yet to open the dinning room even though most other restaurant has already. I drove next door but I was able to go inside and sit down and eat. If this is how they're going to be during the Kings Island season I do not suggest going there. You'll be left waiting in the drive thru because management is obviously doing nothing about this.

I ordered a whopper with cheese it was cold there was like 6 slicees of cheese not melted and cold. It was gross.

This is the worse BK I ever visited. First they are never open in the morning at the times they should, others BK opened really early so they can serve breakfast. Other BKs are open between 6-6:30 am but this one, if you are lucky, open after 8am. I did online orders and the first 2 times when I went to pick my order, the store was closed with a note of “we will open after this hour again”. So I have to call customer service to get my money back. And the only time it was open, they couldn’t find my order because the employees weren’t well trained on online orders. My recommendation, if you are close to this BK, just drive to the next exit and look for another BK store or visit another Fast Food that is not McDonalds neither.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered food two of which were 2 chicken sandwihes one plain and one with extra mayo. My sandwich that was supposed to have extra mayo had no lettuceand no extra mayo. I went back through the drive thru to get it replaced the lady at the window was really rude told me she wanted the other sandwich back which I had ready to give her. My new sandwich is a mess with lettuce on both sides and mayo on both sides and all over the paper. We were in the drive thru for a total of 15 mins between both times

Saturday night dinner, 645 pm. Drive through. Double Whopper with cheese. Hot fresh Excellent. Fries delicious. Enjoyed my dinner Oh Yeah Diet Coke mix was perfect
We purchased 4 chicken meals and extra sandwiches. They got everything correct. All the food was hot and fresh! Lettuce was fresh. Service was great and friendly. We were skeptical bc the rating was a 2.5 but we had a very good experience. It was busy, 5:25pm. But everything was correct, hot and fresh. Thank you!

I haven’t been to this Burger King in a long time and now I remember why. The service is slow, the food is never hot and my order is always wrong. I’m not a restaurant expert, but to me Burger King is the lowest rung on the fast food ladder in so many ways!

Just had the nicest lady ever wait on me through the drive-thru. Whoever worked the drive-thru at 6:00pm on 1/28/2021 should get a raise! Great experience.

Order for 4 people, in drive thru. Order was correct service was friendly. Probably 3-4 minutes in the drive thru. I will mention it was mid day on a Saturday, no one ahead of me in line. Definitely will return.

Horrible experience, the manager on duty was rude ifyou don't want to deal with the public stay at homeand than touched my husband food ( breakfastburrito) with her bare hands, no mask at the time ofCOVID-19 and once again she is the manager olderCaucasian lady. Lead by example, so I ask for arefund and went to Mcdonald's where their crewmembers and managers are wearing gloves andmask. If I was able to give a ZERO REVIEW I WOULDHAVE.
