“We were so pleasantly surprised at our wonderful experience at this Frisch's location. We've had subpar experiences at the one on Cincinnati-Dayton location in West Chester and had almost given up on the franchise. We were there for the Friday Seafood bar. The food was outstanding. The food was fresh and hot and they kept the bar full at all times. Our server Jeremy was very helpful and pleasant. We also want to recognize the manager there who we spoke with: Michelle. She clearly manages people well as the place was clean and all of the employees were friendly and upbeat.“
“Fun place with a large menu. Visited because Barrel House is a FC Cincinnati pub partner. Many screens to watch the match, some TVs run about 10-15 seconds behind - which makes it easy to see what happened if you missed something. Will return as our group had a good time, thanks!“
“Lady who took our order didn't give us our kid's meal ice cream. When I went back to get it, she said it was because I didn't tell her which one I wanted... She didn't ask and just let us walk away without saying anything. I'm glad we ate in the restaurant! Food tasted great.“
“First time here. I got the combo meal with double steak burger. I am very impressed. The fries were cooked perfectly and plenty of them. The Burger was delicious. I added pepper jack cheese. They had house sauce on it which I couldn't really taste, so I added 1 packet of mayo and mustard. Several napkins required for the burger, that's good! They have one of those new touchscreen soda machines, No Root beer . I am definitely coming back and bringing family. I would choose this place over five guys burgers if they were side by side. Clean looking inside, clean bathroom, nice staff!Kid-friendliness: High chairs provided, 2 large screen televisions.Wheelchair accessibility: Small outdoor shopping center. Wide sidewalk provided by property owners. The doorway to the store has double doors and is level to the sidewalk.“
“This is another example of the focus being on the food. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and they had obviously made it a priority. The burger I got was perfectly cooked and prepared with just enough of everything. I did get extra cheese to be fair, but it is just my personal preference. It was wonderful. The fries were fresh out of the peanut oil hot, crisp, and flavorful. This place knows how to make a burger folks. They could use some training about customer service, namely that people expect a smile. Go ahead and pull one out, people. Doesn’t cost you a thing. The music was a bit loud and it was quite cold. But again, the focus is the food. I would give it 81 out of 100 just good enough for the 4 stars I have it. The burger really did it for me.Vegetarian options: I think they had a veggie burger. But again it’s a burger restaurant. Can’t really expect too muchDietary restrictions: Is a burger joint… I would not expect a chef on staff for your Hummus habit.Parking: All you need is your car and the ability to walk 15 feet to the door.
