The young lady with the red hair and glasses was the BEST chipotle employee I have seen at any store. She was so friendly and moved very fast and efficiently.Our food was delicious and the place was clean! My new favorite location!

I used to love this chipotle location but not sure what happened and today our bowl was half , all ingredients were very less - specifically beans and chicken were added like 2 spoons and lettuce was like 5 leaves and reasoning given was that store needs to run leftover lettuce till they close.Very disappointed first time in chipotle.

There was a larger group in front of me in line and unfortunately that seemed to aggravate the line workers. They were running out of half the items on the line so I managed to only get half of the already small Chipotle portions. I would have waited for actual food to come out, but they seemed like they wanted everyone out of the store. My last straw was they forgot my chips. I don’t understand how this location manages for forget to put chips in the bag when it’s done at the cash. This used to be my favorite location but not anymore. There was food all over the cash register and the employees were not friendly. Also didn’t give me a receipt bc they were too busy with the larger party bc they forgot parts of their order so I can’t submit a review on the website. Very disappointed.

Not sure what happen to this company but your competitors are far head of Chipotle in every way. I have stop going to Chipotle for years now gave this one a shot and was very disappointed. The corn sala they use must come out of a bag frozen or they store the prepared ones in the freezer. My corn salsa was in the thawing state and made the meal uneditable. I was given a refund thankfully but I will never eat at this company ever again.

Was going to this location since we moved to Mason. Took me about 2 years to never go back. Place should probably just shut down. Bad value, bad service, always out of things. Close it down.

A lot of this is my fault. I went to a mediocre restaurant, and expected to receive something decent. The young man who prepared my food, did not want to be there, and did not care about a single patron. The food was almost edible, less than room temperature and barely enough for a snack.

The food is not very good. The lettuce was starting to turn brown, the rice was not fully cooked and the chicken was tough. Probably the worst Chipotle that I have eaten at recently.

Walked in seating area/tables/floor was covered in food.Went to restroom seen the drink station was a mess on the way back to the line.Before I ordered, (should have left) seen the fajitas was empty, employee was filling the white rice even though it didn't need it, so I expected them to fill the fajitas, nope just resumes making orders. I left.Monroe, Middletown, Bridgewater, Franklin, West Chester Chipotle location's are never like this. Why?

I will no longer buy Chipotle and I used to get it upwards of three times a week. I cannot order chips in-store, they hold them for online orders. I cannot order a cheese quesadilla, but I can order it online and they will make it. Staff was unprepared for opening and was missing multiple ingredients.Chipotle caters to online orders but does not care about in person orders. They need to remove their in-store seating and strictly have online orders if this is their service. I will pack my meals.

Went there yesterday around 6pm they were out of everything so I had to wait no biggie. But the bucktooth lady working the cashier was super rude and needs another job she kept mumbling under her breathe and being sarcastic and not in a funny way! SHE DOES NOT NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC WITH THAT TYPE OF NASTY ATTITUDE!!!!! The food was delicious though

This location claimed they didn’t have a “button” for rice and they charged my vegan friend seven dollars just for a small container of rice. No veggies in it. Nothing. Just rice. What a ripoff.
