Staff has no idea how to run a dunkin' donuts. Instead of having one person make drinks only, and have a dedicated food person, everyone just takes an order and goes. Needless waiting. They need to learn triage.

What to say..It's Doughnuts, they were fresh, or at least tasted fresh, the line was not to bad if you got there before all the parents woke up & could sneek out. If you wait to long, you'll definitely pay for it waiting on line. Go 5-10 mins earlier to save you 30 mins in line. It's a small store fro t but has all the options .Had all my favorites that I seldom get , so it was a tasty treat for me. Yummy yummy in my tummyKid-friendliness: Kids love sugar

I ordered 2 coffees one medium and only got small amount of coffee and ordered xl and only got large amounts of coffee such a rip for what you pay I'll definitely be going to another location for now

Tremendously frustrating experience trying to order. Kiosks do not list most of the posted food menu options, nor do the kiosk prices match the posted menu prices. This is a problem because there's no apparent way to order from an actual human person, only kiosk or mobile. Mobile orders aren't through the Dunkin app but the Great Wolf Lodge app which has an identical limited mismatched menu.

I wouldn’t care to wait 40 minutes for my order, but the app said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Fix your system! Then after waiting 40 minutes, they gave me the wrong order and it was cold. I saw 5 orders in front of mine receive the wrong order. I should have learned from them and check my order before I walked away. Lesson learned, I’ll drive offsite for breakfast next time.
We ordered our items at 920am.... It's now 1045am and we are still waiting on our stuff.. the place sucks period.

We ordered donuts, coffee, and a breakfast sandwich at 9:08am and didn’t have our food until 11am. When I asked a manager at 10:32am why I still didn’t have my food she blamed it on me and said it’s because I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk is the front register. Literally how you order food at any fast food restaurant. She then told me it’s normal for it to take an hour to get your food. I went “oh good. So then we can agree it’s abnormal it’s taken more than an hour than can’t we?” What an idiotic woman and food establishment. Be warned. This Dunkin Donuts is a wreck. If American runs on Dunkin than we are screwed. Do NOT order food here ever. They need to find an operation that actually functions. Currently is run by some village idiots.

This place could hire more workers for the crowd inside the lodge especially in summer. 30 minutes to get my breakfast. Id better drive outside to get my 2 sandwiches rather than waiting here

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 egg wraps. When I checked to see if my order was missed , was told that since I ordered from kiosk, that they couldn't guarantee time food is done. I asked what is acceptable time then, is it 30 minutes,40 minutes, an hour? The manager came out and I asked her what is anacceptable time for 2 wraps, and was told she would just give me a refund. She did come out with my food and gave me a refund. Just don't order from the kiosk because I was told your order gets pushed back. Never going back to dunkin donuts at great wolf lodge or the lodge.
