I’ve went in multiple times and each time I’ve had to wait at least 5 minutes before I could even see someone or get their attention . Very rude and they always seem like they’re irritated to get off their phones and do their jobs .

The evening crew does not produce. I have been through there three times before work at 5pm different days and all three times they did not make any of my drinks the way they were suppose to be made. The signiture drinks don't order them bc they do a bad job. Maybe they need a little more training or something idk. People spend good money at Dunkins so we expect to get what we pay for.

Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever visited. The service was okay but the food was disgusting and cold. My cheese wasn't melted on my breakfast sandwich and I received 5 cold mini hash browns. I won't ever visit here again and I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Asked for an ice coffee with sugar and a bagel with veggie cream cheese. Got an ice coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel with regular cream cheese. They didn’t even try to make my order correct. Worst Dunkin I’ve been to in a long time.

This is an awful Dunkin’ location. It is located inside the gas station store. The cups here are absolutely awful and the service is even worse. When we went inside to get some coffee, all of the employees were in the kitchen just talking, we waited for 5 minutes or so, before going to the nearby cafe. They didn’t have coffee there, so went back here, and had to call out several times to get the employees’ attention. Very irresponsible staff. The lid of the cup was leaking for some reason, and the coffee was horrible.

Charged our credit card then said it was declined. Showed them we got a text message with the amount of our bill that charged us. Then even opened my bank account and showed them it deducted it from my account. They refused to give us our food unless we paid again! Was screaming and yelling at us. We was not trying to get free food or trying to scam them. We had already paid!! They refused to even come back to the window with a manager!

i don’t understand how the worker thought 5 donuts cost 25 dollars? they also made us wait 10 minutes for the refund. the drink i ordered wasn’t even fully mixed, lots of power was under the cup.
