If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I went to dinner at this establishment. Everything seemed to be okay. Server upcharged my meal without telling me there would be an additional fee. Unwilling to discuss it or fix it but what happened to my friend was even worse. She fortunately kept her credit card receipt and has had to file a disputed charge with her credit card company because this restaurant decided to ignore what was legibly and clearly written on the restaurant copy. They double charged her for her meal essentially giving the server a 100% tip. She called them to ask them to fix it and they told her there was not a manager available to assist. Offered no apology and said they did not make a mistake at all. She called the next day to speak to the manager who also did not apologize for this happening and is not willing to refund her for the incorrect amount charged to her. This is unacceptable and is theft! Neither one of us will be back to this nor any location affiliated with El Rancho Nuevo. Make sure you check your statements people... these slimeballs are not honest.

I'm live in Michigan and stopped here with some friends. By far, the best drink menu and presentations. They are very entertaining, and you won't be disappointed. Great food and atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the guy in the light up gear on stilts.Wheelchair accessibility: We had a person who was in a wheel chair.

Every part of the meal was amazing ! Best steak fajitas I’ve had. Salsa was more than just tomato paste . The kids chicken , cheese, rice was so good my kiddo told me to stop eating his! Even my kids corn dog and fries were good. The staff was super friendly the atmosphere super fun. As my kid says it’s an 8 out of 5. If you’re at great Wolf lodge skip their food and go here!!!!

I was disappointed. We ordered enchiladas (green salsa), alambre, and two kids quesadillas. The enchiladas barely had any sauce on top, the beans looked weird and they barely gave us rice. You couldn't taste the tomatillo sauce from the green salsa. The alambre was a lot of food. The bad news is that "Al pastor" did not taste anything like Al pastor. I was very disappointed. The kids quesadillas were $4 dollars each and it came with rice. I think I would rather have a kids meal than a $20 meal that doesn't taste like anything but salt. We will not be back.
