I'm sorry for giving a sad review. But this food was gross! Every thing was strait out of the freezer and doused in medioaker tarter sauce. My fish and chips was just bad. My husband's hamburger was dripping in the tarter sauce. Our fries were cold. And the portions were very small.

We were so pleasantly surprised at our wonderful experience at this Frisch's location. We've had subpar experiences at the one on Cincinnati-Dayton location in West Chester and had almost given up on the franchise. We were there for the Friday Seafood bar. The food was outstanding. The food was fresh and hot and they kept the bar full at all times. Our server Jeremy was very helpful and pleasant. We also want to recognize the manager there who we spoke with: Michelle. She clearly manages people well as the place was clean and all of the employees were friendly and upbeat.

Tried the breakfast bar again. Different location. Same results, cold food, eggs tasted like they came from a box, just poor quality food for the price. I am done with frisch's. Much better places to eat at better prices.

The food was great & the staff was so sweet!! We came in with our kids Sunday morning & our waitress was Kelly B. She was AWESOME! Such a sweet, attentive, and kind person. She made our experience great. My family was in town from Florida and stated: "if everyone here is this nice we are definitely coming back up!"
