Seems to be carryout and delivery only. I didn't see a place to dine in. $27.06 for a 3-topping 8-Corner Detroit style pizza. I picked it up in store. The pizza was very good and fresh. It stayed hot during the 5-minute drive home. It was a little too much for the two of us. But, I don't think 4 slices would have been enough. Ordering and tracking the pizza on line was easy and convenient.

Jets pizza will take your text order and money, and when you arrive for pickup, act like they are clueless and can't find your order. Then you will find Jets texts that they will issue a refund in a few days with no explanation, just as you are arriving for pickup. They will tell you you can reorder and wait there and have to pay EXTRA since there will be no discount now. Contacting customer feedback, even twice, will elicit ZERO response--they apparently don't care enough to lift a finger or are part of this incompetence. So we went to Papa Johns and ordered 2 pizzas. There was a slight issue with one pizza and they insisted on remaking both pizzas--before I could even bring it up. Unlike Jets, THAT is great service.

We tried it and like it a lot. We like the deep dish sh much better than thin. We hate that some locations there is no where to sit down.

Never received pizza, ordered at 7:33 p.m. would not answer the phone at the store. You would get through the automated message, then someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. They closed at 9:00

The clerk who answered the phone and who took my pickup order and handed me my pizza at pickup, was very kind and friendly. I really appreciated his welcoming tone, which is not always easy to maintain during a busy day. I would include his name but I don’t remember it since I’m writing this review more than a month after my order. And my pizza looked and tasted great

Eugene special, I think it’s called. My husband waited about five minutes before being greeted at the register. He wasn’t super stoked about that, but it was a Saturday evening. I think he said there was only two people in the kitchen.- I personally think every restaurant is short staffed coming out of Covid, so I don’t get bothered. Having said that I requested a special seasoned crust and a side of ranch, but received neither. (We have ranch at home, but all the women at work swear Jets ranch is different and literally the best stuff ever, and so I wanted to try it) I don’t recall a charge for the special crust, but a $1 charge for the ranch.I opted to text our order, and truth be told I’d never done it before, and am probably the reason for the seasoned crust/ ranch miscommunication. I did save 15% by using the text option, so it kind of a wash. Regardless pizza tasted great, and I didn’t have to cook, and that’s all the matters.

Wife ordered Pizza at 11:50. Pizza was never delivered. Tried calling store 3 seperate occasion at 115, 130, and 150. Couldn't get through. Recieved call back at 3:55 that they will refund the money. No offer to make it right. As a local business owner and restaurant franchisee muself I am ashamed that an establishment in this area could be so poor. Besides never giving them our business again. I will be sure to tell everyone I possibly can to avoid it as well. Flat out shameful.
