Bar manager Joseph accused me of stealing bacon off of my $20.50 to go burger. Despicable behavior. I cannot believe that treatment when I paid $45 for two burgers. Both of the burger orders were wrong but I only tried to correct one. Called and described what happened and thought I was driving back to pick up the right order but was accused of stealing instead! Fried onions were not cooked and the batter was raw. The manager then went back into the kitchen to 'find out what he could do' and came back to tell me about how they cooked the onions there. How can you try to defend something that was clearly not cooked? They shouldn't have even been on the burger because they were swapped out for mushrooms. Cheese was wrong on both burgers. I am in total disbelief of what just happened.

I am staying at the Marriott and ate here last night. The server suggests to me what to get as an appetizer and meal. The appetizer was the shrimp cargot and the entree was steak frittes. 1st, both came out at the same time. 2nd the shrimp cargot had no flavor at all...seriously a steamed shrimp with chese on it...disgusting...i get the steak and when it came out, it smelled like dog and tasted like it too...i had to send it back and they suggested the boom boom tacos....no sauce on the tacos...dried coleslaw, shrimp, and a flour tortilla, no sauce on it at all...the server even told me he has to put sriracha on it...then if i had not had enough, i got the lava cake...the damn chocolate ball in the middle of the cake was hard as a rock lol...seriously i was able to take it out and show them.....if youre here for business, drinking there is great...has a nice amabiance to it, but avoid the food at all costs

Montana and crew did an outstanding job to accommodate our group of 22. They went above and beyond, and our stay exceeded expectations. We had many reservation changes over the past few months, and they were very flexible and did all they could to make our stay the best that it could be. For example, they bent over backwards to make sure we were all on one floor and had adjoining rooms. Every single staff person we met at the hotel was friendly and willing to help. The property was perfect for our reunion - the indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids, and the lobby was a great place to hang out. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and up-to-date. We definitely want to come back!

Excellent stay. The hotel was full of students at a soccer tournament but we never heard them after 10 PM. Nice big room and fantastic shower. Wish I had that shower at home. Very nice people behind the desk. No microwave in room, that was a surprise. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Overall would give this Marriott 4/5. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lobby and restaurant area were good and nice as well! The only complaint I had was the stains found on the comforter on the bed. I won’t assume what they were but it sure looked like dried blood. It was immediately changed and stay was great after this hiccup.

Anthony was a great bartender. Definitely enjoyed my evening here.
I've stayed at this location several times, and each time is consistently satisfactory. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, parking is convenient, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I've never taken advantage of the other amenities offered, such as the pool or restaurant, because I'm always here on business and typically don't have much extra time. However, the pool has always appeared clean and the restaurant is always busy, so I'd imagine both are good.

This is the absolute worst hotel! Arrived late on Tuesday and no room delivery. Requested a dental kit and due to Covid supply chain no toothpaste available. Left the next morning for meetings and when I returned later that evening, the room was not serviced - no one entered the room to make the bed nor provide fresh towels. I called the front desk and they tried to blame Covid again. If Marriott is changing policies or electing to reduce expenses please inform your guests so they can decide if the room price reflects the service. Very very poor customer service,

Stayed here for 4 nights during the Ultimate Frisbee Club World Championships held at nearby Mason where my son was playing. Arrived late, tired and miserable after a 19 hour journey from the UK without my suitcase which hadn’t made the plane in Toronto but the front desk staff were so lovely and helpful, they really cheered me up as well as providing a toothbrush and paste. Great service throughout my stay Super quiet room, overlooking the car park - you don’t stay here for the views! Fantastic comfy bed and variety of pillows(I normally bring my own so very grateful), a well equipped room (214) with an ice machine and a laundry room on the same floor. Well equipped room, very clean, nice bathroom. Indoor and outdoor pools looked great - especially the outdoor one though I didn’t get to use them as they were quite busy with competitors from the tournament, understandably - it was over 30 degrees every day so they needed them more than me. Breakfast was included, bacon, egg, pastries, toast/bread, porridge and a good selection of fruit and yogurts. Ask for fresh orange juice. The Manager at breakfast is fantastic, really lovely, helpful and professional. Not sure I’d pay $20 for the breakfast if it hadn’t been included Only ate here once - disastrous! Ordered seared salmon and a salad to take to my room;when I started to eat it I realised it wasn’t cooked - completely raw under the top so had to take it back and asked for a full refund. the bar guys were nice about it and there was no quibble. There was no one else in the restaurant so they can’t blame it on being busy! A bit surprised that I was given plastic cutlery for a dish costing more than $30! That’s the only reason I didn’t give this Marriott 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again though - such great staff!

We come to this Marriott fairly often, because the staff is so very nice, helpful, professional and attentive, even when they are busy. The hotel is clean, restful, and well-maintained. We are Titanium Elite Marriott Rewards Members and this location is the only Marriott that recognizes that. We come back to this location, even if it is out of the way for us.
