I ordered a spaghetti with garlic bread and a side tossed salad with creamy garlic.They gave ranch and no side salad.I ordered an entree anti pasta salad with creamy garlic and garlic bread with cheese.They gave me an entree tossed salad with ranch and no breadsticks.They say they will refund but we will see. LaRosa’s is now banned in our household. It was a place we went maybe 2 times a year but no more.Inexcusable for checking the food before giving it to my husband and the fact that our order was almost $40 for 3 items and included a tip. What is the tip for when your getting take out?!? Absurd.

I've had problems with this particular store in the past, but it's never been anything major. However, the last time I ordered from here, my order was essentially completely wrong. Pizza is a treat, and when you manage to screw up an order so badly that it's a let down that doesn't feel good to eat, you've really messed up. I mean, come on, my fries weren't even cooked.

My boyfriend and I went here after work during the week, and had a great experience. We really wanted to try the cauliflower pizza, and were not disappointed! Super fresh and delicious. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location!

A wonderful birthday celebration for our granddaughter! Food was scrumptious, service was outstanding, and, the manager was so attentive. Cannot award enough stars.

When we first walked in we were barely greeted just got a " I guess I'll take you" then we were seated in the last booth by the party room that had a bunch of loud pre tennis and teenage girls to where we could hardly hear ourselves think. Food took a long time to come. The calzone only had the meat in it no cheese and had to ask for dipping sauce. Ordered spaghetti for my granddaughter she was given a child's drink but when the plate of spaghetti came after everyone else's food was delivered it was a adult sized plate ( the server did change to kids) but overall was not thrilled with how our dining experience was. Our server was a sweetheart butthe rest of experience was not good at all. Before I forget there was also the fact that the floor was being vacuumed 3 hrs before closing while there were still diners in the restaurant

I ordered three large one topping pizza A week ago. Had the pizzas delivered. When we bit into them, the pizzas were undercooked and doughy. I emailed customer service with this information and they responded with a store credit. I used the store credit today on three more large pizzas, WELL done. But guess what, they were not well done. They were just cooked normal. This was verified by two people that were eating them with me, Who also work at a pizza joint. So I guess I’m giving up on LaRosa’s.

The food you know.. it's the best! The service is top notch, but I wish they'd go back to the old world style atmosphere. It's more like a sports bar and less romantic. That's a real loss.
They recognize me when I come in and even know what I normally get. The ingredients are fresh and the cheese bread is amazing ?

A much better experience than the last time. This time we called and ordered and they said 15 minutes but I got there in 10 minutes. Believe it or not, they handed the order to me before I was even all the way in the store! Got it home, the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. They had put a rug or maybe a couple of rugs on some chairs sitting in the front of the store which looked tacky because it was obvious that someone had put them there to sweep and mop the floors but they had just left them there. But really no big deal. Scale of 1 to 100… for takeout, I would give them a solid 90… service and food were great, but it’s time for some sprucing up. Needs a can of paint. Hence, the 4 stars, not 5. But it was a MUCH better experience.
