Absolutely fantastic pizza! This Marco's location is on par with the rest of the chain. Very good pizza at a reasonable price. Always impressed with Marco's Pizza and the Mason Ohio location really hits home.Service was great. From taking my order over the phone to the person who handed me my pizza when picking it up. Seamless and friendly.The restaurant was clean and inviting.

A definite recommend from my sideVegetarian options: Under build your own section one can find multiple veggie toppings for selection.Parking: Parking lots are available in front of the store and normally I have found a parking lot for myself even if the restaurant is busy

Food was good. But when my husband picked up our order attempting to use a Local Flavor coupon the assistant general manager Kathryn (who took the order from me via phone) told my husband I did not tell her about the coupon at the time of my call. When I followed up with a phone call to the restaurant, Kathryn and another employee named Jennifer refused to discuss the matter further and hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service skills demonstrated by both, particularly someone in a management role.

I ordered an XL pizza however we measured it and it was 15.25 inches it was only 8 slices it seemed smaller than usual. I called and the manager basically said that’s what it’s supposed to be, didn’t apologize or even recommend to make it right.i checked it’s supposed to be 12 slices. I am so disappointed we always order from Marcos but this time I’m very disappointed .
Mark is the friendliest person I've ever met at a pizza place his knowledge and prompt service was the best experience I think I've ever had.

Do not go to the Marcos here. Our order was made incorrectly made and had missing items. The GM/District manager Mark was aggressive, far from polite, and a world away from professional. Marco has great pizza, but do not use Tylersville Rd store.
