This place is a HIDDEN GEM. I usually get an iced coffee every morning from a local cafe and have had breakouts and stomach bloating from all the sugar and milk. I tried the house blend cafe iced latte today from Mason Nutrition and am beyond pleased. The size is 3x what I would get from anywhere else and is jam packed with nutrition with less than 15g of sugar. Plus Steve added a meal replacement so it counts as my breakfast. Great local small business to support! Steven, the owner and barista, was very personable and passionate! He also works as a life coach and fitness instructor. We learned Mason Nutrition hosts fitness classes such as step class, yoga, and cardio drumming. Mason Nutrition uses the nutrient dense Herbalife products in their drinks.
