Order was placed via the app around 10:10, Arrived just before 10:30 due to construction traffic, And was told they had already switched to lunch. I understand you may want to swap to lunch early, But you could at least complete the mobile orders that are already placed prior to swapping. Ended up begrudgingly giving me a thrown together cold excuse of my order.

Ordered a cheeseburger plain add lettuce and was given a bun, cheese and lettuce with no burger whatsoever! Seriously the incompetence is truly mind blowing! I had worked all day and was starving but apparently I should’ve checked my food before I left because I literally threw my money away for absolutely nothing. Probably should inform your employees that if I didn’t want the burger I would’ve said no meat. Thanks for the disappointment

Placed a mobile curbside order and once we arrived we sat in the car for 5 minutes with no sign of our food (2 10 pice nugget meals, Big Mac and caramel sundae) finally gave up and went in where I was “greeted” by several teens behind the counter not really doing anything. After standing there waiting for another 5-10 minutes I finally received most of our food but had to ask a second time for fries. The sundae was handed to me without a lid as well. At the time there was no one else inside the restaurant and a few cars that came and went in the drive thru so not busy at all. The manager seemed very disengaged as he stayed in the drive thru the entire time. I try to avoid this location as it has never been the best but unfortunately that’s what my child requested for dinner and it was the only location on my way.
Purchased bacon, egg and cheese Bagels. My go to breakfast sandwich.

If you're looking for a place where you're not going to get hair in your food, do not come here. This is the second time I've actually found hair in my food. This time I actually brought it back and was told that they couldn't give me a refund for my meal only for the hamburger because that's where I found the hair. If I found a hair in my hamburger, why do you think I would want to eat the rest of the food that came from you.
