Took my elderly in-laws there today, as they have stopped driving. As we got them seated, a couple of employees appeared at our table and exclaimed “Hey there Mr. Fred!” It had been a while since they had been in and the employees expressed how glad they were to see my in-laws and how they had been worried about them. I’ve never seen such care for their customers at a McDonalds. While we were there, we saw deep cleaning happening while things were slow, as well as heard someone say “We’re all on one team here.” Very refreshing to see in this industry. The franchisee should be proud of the team they have here.

I waited about 15 minutes for a shake in the mobile order pickup spot while probably a dozen cars went through the drive thru line. The shake was fine, thankfully. Hate to leave a poor review but it is what it is.

How disgusting a piece of Hair on my chicken nuggets , first i come through the drive-through customer service horrible, then I started eating my good and see a piece of hair on one of my nuggets. Mason McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s to go to.

I have been waiting for over 20 minutes (so far!!) for a small fry. I ordered on the app & they have had no problem clearing the drive thru the entire time I've been sitting in my car.
Be cautious of the prices. Arbor Square is currently 20% more expensive for a Hot & Spicy McChicken as compared to the same item at Fields-Ertel.
