We always really enjoy this place. The owner is friendly and personable. Kids love being able to try the flavors. Great variety of topping choices. The frozen yogurt itself is good, as is the vibe. Check it out!

Took the grandkids for dessert trip. They were amazed at the MANY goodies to place on top of their frozen yogurt choices. Great visit. Will do again. Fun.

First off, Harper point down the road was wayyyyy better. But as this location (Tylersville) we had a bad experience. My friend and I stopped in last night around 6-630, on a Tuesday. The main building sign wasn’t even on, but the little open sign on the window was. We walked in and it was empty. It took a few minutes for a worker to come out from the back and finally actknowledge. We saw sample cups behind the counter but didn’t want to be disrespectful and grab our own so we respectfully asked her for a few sample cups and she ignored our request, gave us 1 each with no explanation and turned around. We couldn’t tell if she spoke a different language or not. It seemed to be that she was on the phone with earbuds in as she seemed to be “busy” behind the desk now. We went to try the flavors and every one was liquid, ice milk. We filled up a full cup, thinking after a few seconds it would come out as yogurt but it never did. We were trying to get her attention and it was so awkward. We didn’t know what to do at all and has horrible as this sounds, we threw away the liquid cups and walked out, she said nothing. I feel bad but this experience and atmosphere was so odd. Then we went down the road 10 mins to harpers point. It was such a fun experience. The worker, Roxana was so kind and bubbly. We enjoyed out time with her. We briefly discussed the odd experience we had just before at the other Menchie’s. Without even hesitating she apologized on behalf of the company and gave us each a free coupon for our next cup. She was very sweet and I will be going back to Harper location.

Good! Would like to see at least one more sugar free variety.

The Best Menchies around. It's creamier & more frozen. Thank you Menchies!

The service was very well and helpful. But the “frozen yogurt” was not good at all. It tasted and looked more like ice milk than it did frozen yogurt. I would not recommend and will not be coming here next time!

Prices are through the roof. $40 for a family of 4!! Hardly any variety. Only had maybe 6 available flavors. Toppings are still in the stupid individual containers, no doubt raising the weight, and price, of your order!!!Used to be out absolute favorite, now... It's hard to justify.

Love this place. The owner is awesome.

Worst Menchies around. Restaurant is dirty but also not busy, so there’s little excuse for why the floors aren’t mopped and the tabletops are dirty. Toppings are still in “Covid protocol containers” and they’re charging for the weight of the containers. Half the flavors are ALWAYS out of service. Owner is indifferent and cheap.

The frozen yogurt was really good and the employee was really nice.

Cashier was very slow but overall very good!

Went with my buddies on a Saturday evening. The froyo was ok but I doubt I ever come back due to the impatient people who think it's okay to just insert themselves in the line and can't spare the 2 minutes to wait their turn. For the $7 I spent on my little bowl, probably best to just go to the grocery store and buy a gallon of ice cream to drown your emotions in.
