The food is great. The portions, especialy the premium is way over priced. The service is way to slow. One person on the front line is not enough especially when they are doing web orders in front of people in line right in front of them.

I have been wanting Panda Express for weeks. The closest one to us is about 45 minutes away. We are staying in Cincinnati over night and I had to order Crab Rangoon, fried rice and Walnut Shrimp. Everything was so good! It was worth the wait. If you haven’t tried the Walnut shrimp you need to do it! So worth it!
On this day, 12/20/23, the staff was AMAZING to us, and treated us amazing. Best experience in fast food!!! They gave me the energy to keep going with exams this week! Thank you!

The employee I asked for a water cup, wouldn't let me have a large cup. She told me I had to get 4 small waters. I spent 30$ and she said there wasn't anything she could do. Finally, After I Spent another five minutes explaining to her that she wasn't making sense, she gave me a large cup.
