Went in 45 minutes before closing took thirty minutes to make our subs and we were rudely kicked out 10 minutes before they actually closed. Also got the complete wrong subs and fry’s were cold.

Found peppers with label on cooked and served in my sandwich, when informed…no apology or offer to make another sandwich??!! No communication at all. Ended up eating just bread without any filing.

I wasn’t much of a Penn Station fan before I started to come here once every few weeks due to it’s close proximity to my work. If I’m being honest, I should probably eat here more often. Order is always correct when ordering online, and the wait is minimal.Friendly staff and the food is always fantastic! This location converted me!

Because the staff at this business deserves praise, I'm writing this review before I turn in for the night. door-dashing here made my night. What a lovely atmosphere, and it was so refreshing to go into a restaurant where the staff was polite, efficient, and motivated while wearing a smile. This place appeared to be well-maintained and had a tidy interior. Sadly, I was unable to partake of any of the meal, but judging from the amazing attitudes of the staff and the quick service, I'm sure it was delicious. I'll be getting in touch with corporate to share my excellent experience with them as well. This Penn Station is something I really recommend.

I like how they greet you when you walk in, the manager/cook always has a smile on his face. Great place food is always on point.
Delicious as Always. Superb service and ran by 3 very young adults, clean, friendly. There is an outside "dining patio" 8f you will, approximately 3-5 tables with chairs. Quite small inside but who stays to eat that oftenParking: PS is located within a small outdoor stripmall, therefore ample parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes very much so.
