Visited while on vacation. Wrap portion was small, cold. Fries were cold. Don't even bother asking for more of the "bottomless" fries. They will claim they forgot. Server seemed bothered.

JoAnn was pleasant and courteous and attentive from start to finishBurgers of good quality. Hot food hot.
It wasn't that busy on a Sunday (early evening). The waitress seemed irritated with everyone. We ordered hamburgers and fries. My sweet potato fries were cold , hard, and burnt ( made them look like the potato jerky you give to animals). My friend's garlic fries were soggy, shiny and greasy. They had no real flavor to them. We had to ask several times for water. I don't mean a refill I mean just a glass of water that we asked for when we first ordered. The beverages were so filled with ice that there was barely any room for liquid. Honestly not a great experience.

Food could've been better prepared our burgers came within 10 minutes. How do you make gourmet burgers in 10 minutes? I don't know. luke warm ...service was horrible. Asked for barbecue sauce three times never got refills. unlimited greasy fries

I just placed a pick up order and 3 of my 5 items were incorrect. I ordered 2 kids burgers without cheese, they both came with cheese. I also ordered a wedgie burger and it came without bacon and they ADDED mayonnaise. I didn’t ask for no mayo since it’s not even supposed to come with it! I’m very disappointed. ? However, when I called and spoke to manager, she was very apologetic and offered two ways to make it right, which I appreciate.

Haven't been in a while and was wanting a burger so the son and I decided to stop in for dinner! Everything was delicious as always! Gotta try the Brussel Sprouts...I could make a whole meal of them!!
