We had a client seminar today in Rusty Bucket's private room for 20+ people. Servers and front desk staff were very professional and made the entire experience wonderful. Good food and atmosphere! We have had past seminars in their private room previously and Rusty Bucket has given us the same level of service each time.

Had to go get our own menu, food was cold, appetizer was gross (cheese dip), server was nice but never refilled drinks, hostess was and idiot, we will not go back! Over priced for mediocre food.

Food had good flavor. Waitress did a nice job. Slight issue - kitchen was a bit overwhelmed. Mashed potatoes were actually cold. but nothing that a short time in the microwave isn't take care of. Lobster bisque was outstanding.

We there at pick dinner time the service nor the food was affected. Waitress was kind and patient when dealing with getting orders from the kids. We did not get the usual “I will be back to take your order”. She had good suggestions and was helpful in making sure that the kids got orders as they liked(kids are particular about their dislikes).Kid-friendliness: Waitress was kind and patient when dealing with getting orders from the kids.
