“I grab a bite here at least twice a week because it's hands down the cleanest and friendliest spot around. It's a family-owned franchise, and you can tell they actually care about keeping customers happy. They've never messed up my orders, and their ingredients are always super fresh.“
“I wasn’t much of a Penn Station fan before I started to come here once every few weeks due to it’s close proximity to my work. If I’m being honest, I should probably eat here more often. “Ordered on line. Pick was was 5:23 food wasnt even made whe i arrived at 5:25. I understand everyones busy however i had yo wait another 20 minutes before they even started my sandwiches. They helped everyone in line. Seriously? I thought ordering on line is like waiting in line . Place my order then wait to pick it up. Thus my place in line. I guess that is not how this works here. I usually love this place and the sandwiches or bowls are amazing but this time the food was decent nothing special, probably still holding a grudge for the wait time but my sandwiches were squished and missing mayo.. i just think next time i want a sandwich i might just make it at home.“
“Overall it was pleasant and above the standard for the chain. However, like many fast food the prices are getting way, way too much for lunch and this is my primary reason I will not be back anytime soon. I think, that is the model everyone is going for anymore, see a customer once a quarter, but make double what you did in the past. I am not a fan of the thought process of the business owners, but if they think it makes sense, I hope it makes dollars. For me, while I really did enjoy my sandwich I can go to a nicer place and pay just few bucks more and have a better experience. That is what management of the fast food stores are missing, they are pricing themselves out of business.“
“I meet a girlfriend there about once a month. She is more into clean/healthy eating. Although I am not as particular I totally enjoy the food. The prices are pretty reasonable too. Also I appreciate their obvious hiring of the handicapped. Warms my heart.Kid-friendliness: Good spacing between seats. No cloth table covers, no cloth seats ... durable, sturdy seating.“
“The food is good and consistent, but it is honestly overpriced for what you're getting. One scoop of chicken salad and some crackers is not worth nearly $10. If you're looking for somewhere a little healthier to drive thru and don't mind the extra buck, I do recommend it.“
