5:32am I went to get the same coffee I drink every morning. Venti dark roast with two shots of espresso. 3/4" heavy cream.The person behind the counter in an AC DC shirt and no name tag. She had no interest in following the basic instructions I wanted for my beverage. Handed me a drink which did not even seem to have an espresso in it. Cream was the last remnants of liquid taken from a gallon container from a fridge. It had no lid.Drink takes like the Pike Place roast with no espresso.There was no point in arguing. Just spent $5.75 on what should be considered a gas station coffee.

Went through the drive-thru a few times as I was staying nearby. This is perhaps the slowest Starbucks drive-thru I've ever been to. I think I went through three times and each time seemed to be slower than the first. Also each time they were out of at least one of the items we asked

Staff and management are rude and condescending. When I expressed to management about how I was spoken to, I was basically told that’s my own problem or “If you feel attacked, that’s on you”

I feel like the more I pay or try new things it turns out to be a waste. I ordered a venti pink drink light ice and it had extra ice and I literally had 2 sips and it was empty. Ridiculous. The new potato things were still cold and they were tasteless

Updating after 4 years! This location went from the best around to now you’re lucky to get your coffee order right. They got my order wrong and ripped the sticker off where my order was so it “looked correct” and the coffee was burnt.

Looks like a new location with plenty of delicious pastry and breakfast options. My drink was delicious and service was fast. This Location has a drive through. Easy in and out.

I live nearby and go to this Starbucks with high frequency. I would say 80% of the time, everything is good. But there is someone on staff, can’t figure out who, that I refer to in my mind as the “Mediocre Mocha Maker”. I’m not sure what they are making, but it’s not a mocha. More like warm milk with a hint of burnt coffee. The color is very pale and clearly missing ingredients (like the three pumps of goodness that makes it a mocha). This morning the Mediocre Mocha Maker struck again, for the second time in the last week, and I’m starting to think it’s just not worth coming here with that high of a chance I’m going to get warm milk instead of a mocha. Unfortunate because it is convenient.

Wow......really? My husband is a military veteran and saw that Starbucks offered a free coffee for active and retired military on Veterans Day. So he went to get his drink and said that he didn't drink coffee but did drink espresso could they do that? .10cent difference, they said no. Starbucks shame on you when lots of restaurants offer free meals to our military and you would not do this. Starbucks on kings mill road Mason, OH. We frequent here all the time nice clean store. Not thanked for his service. Shame on you Starbucks for letting him walk out without his espresso.

Find me a Starbucks that's actually willing to help when you walk in the door... You know how many people pick up orders for other people no I have no clue what they're drinking I just know their name so when you yell out their drink it don't help none. When the orders aren't where they're supposed to be it don't help none either. But this one was well organized compared to the other ones thanks Way to go

They messed up our drinks and when kindly asked to remake them, Hanna, claiming to be a supervisor? was extremely rude... Ranting to us that those drinks are very expensive and everyone tries to get free drinks even though we have our receipt. But to be honest I don't care what her option is of what's expensive. I drink starbucks everyday and can afford it with ease, thank you. Hanna never apologized and told us to call corporate for a refund and she's not entitled to help us. Refused to see the receipt. judging by the other reviews, she has history of being sassy with customers and slamming products and drinks on the counter and deliberately messing up drinks. Not to worry, we will call corporate and have the GM replace her. She's disrespectful and rude. Her personality does not represent starbucks.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and ordered my usual drink, Iced Shaken espresso. Unfortunately, the barista did not make it correctly. I kindly asked her to remake it and explained what was wrong with it. However, she gave me an attitude and acted angrily while remaking the drink. The second time around, the drink was even worse than the first. I was disappointed with the service I received and hope that Starbucks can improve their training for their baristas.

It took five minutes to even be acknowledged, and the first person to help me was boarder lined rude with her hello what would you like. However as I was waiting for my order one lady confirmed my drink with a smile and another young lady took the time to have an upbeat conversation with me though she was very busy. It’s great to see employees rebound when their co-worker fumbled the ball badly.
