Ordered subs today online. There was only one guy behind the counter and he apologized that the sub wasn't ready when I arrived. Another non customer was sitting in the restaurant waiting for me to leave. I had ordered the great garlic and asked for banana peppers. Upon receiving the subs, there is no chicken, no bacon, actually no banana peppers. Just a few pickles, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce on a bun.

Extremely pleasant service and meal made exactly as requested. Highly recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: Your typical narrow American door. There's a stepped sidewalk but the ramp up is conveniently blocked by a bollard (not Subway's fault)

I happen to work across the street from this Subway that is on Kings Mill Rd and needless to say I am a regular at this location and I have never been disappointed the sandwich's are to die for but by far the best part of this store are the sandwich artists tonight I had the pleasure of meeting David & Doyle so welcoming and warm I was charmed by these 2 young men Subway hold on to them they are keepers!!

I use to love going to this one because it's a 5-minute drive from home, it lately it's been bad. The worst single incident was going there middle of the day and one of the ladies went from a smoke break directly to making sandwiches, no hand washing. She had on gloves, but that's still no good if you didn't wash your hands before grabbing them and putting them on. The most consistent issue over the past 2-3 months is that some nights I eat late, not by choice, and when I get there at 9:30, they've already closed. Not trying to be that person, but if you're supposed to be open until 10, then why not at least stay open until 9:50-9:55. It might be as easy as "just get there earlier", but it's inconsistent. There have been times I walked in at 9:40ish and got food. There have been times where I got there at 9:25 and they won't even open the door to say they closed early for a particular reason. But the last 2-3 months, it's been closing at 9:30ish

We had been to this location many times and never had any issues but tonight we went and when we asked the guy to change his gloves because my husband has a tomato allergy, he rolled his eyes and walked away from the counter. So sorry that we inconvenienced you-we will definitely not be going back

If I could give this place negative stars I would! We ate here the last time we were in Ohio at Great Wolf and it was disgusting. I didn’t think you could screw up a Subway sandwich but it tasted soo bad I threw the rest of it away. But tonight for some reason we decided after another trip to Ohio to give this place one more shot. Maybe because we were starving and wanted to eat as soon as we left the park. We walked in at about 8:20pm and ordered 2 foot longs and 3 6inch sandwiches. The guy had to have all the bread out to cut it first. So we told him what bread we wanted. He dropped his knife mid cutting the sandwiches and kicked it across the floor. He then proceeded to make the sandwiches and ripped the bread instead of getting another knife. My husband and I were not happy about this sloppy display, so we just walked out and left the food behind. I know good help is hard to find but this Subway needs to do better! There was no excuse for that at all.

They either make lazily made subs that almost immediately fall apart after opening or close the store an hour or two early and sit in the lobby waving people away. When the food doesn't scatter upon opening its pretty good and that's if they decide they want to be open during open hours.

The food looked so fresh and not wilted! That's important to me! The lady that waited on me listened and actually cared what I wanted! It was very nice to find such a good store and great service. You usually do not get both! ?...Vegetarian options: I Love the vegetarian options at subway. You can get creative and they are always kind enough to accommodate you. A good example is I like marinara sauce on my veggie sub! They make sure meatballs are not in my marinara, I really appreciate this! Also Parmesan and slightly toasted turned a regular veggie sub into like a delicious pizza like sub!!! ❤️ It's definitely scrumptious ?Parking: There is a huge lot and there is plenty of room to park and it's freeWheelchair accessibility: Accessible doors and bathrooms for handicapped people. The tables are the perfect size for a wheelchair too. Very kind and accessible!!! ?

me and my husband stopped here at 9:47pm today after getting off work and as soon as we got out of the car the 3 workers inside a blonde boy, black haired boy and a girl with black hair stared right at us and turned off the lights as we went to open the door which was locked and proceeded to tell us they were closed when they don't close for another 15 minutes and then after driving away i called at 9:50 and they answered the phone because obviously they don't close until 10 and proceeded to tell me they are supposed to be closed at 9:45 when i asked why they locked us out. those kids should not be permitted to work a closing shift without someone who's responsible enough to actually work the hours they're getting paid too. my work closed at 9 and i left at 9:30 like i do every night because i don't close 15 minutes early so i can't leave at 9, i help customers until 9 o'clock when we close.
