STOP RAISING THE PRICES OF YOUR FOOD!!! You’re raising the prices and the portions are getting smaller!! Over 16 dollars for a chicken quesadilla and a steak burrito meal. And there was very little meat on the quesadilla, The steak burrito and the soft taco! For these prices you need to stop skimping on food for crying out loud!!

I paid for potatoes and black beans on my burrito which they did not add, I didn't see this until we were on the highway so I couldn't turn around. Thanks for nothing taco bell, I paid extra for things you didn't give me

We're out of towers so we only went here once for a taco and quasadilla but they both were good and we didn't have to wait in drive-thru at all

Went trough drive thru and they where not polite they handed us our food and said have a great night without even giving us our drink or letting us tell them we need sauce, just a bunch of teenagers who rush people to leave,I recommend new

Manger abuses employees and dosent do his job correct or try to do better he picks favorites and acts like he dosent have to do anything for the store he lets under age kids clean grease traps do not go and support this

This Location is the best I've been too. Staff very kind and knowledgeable about their job duties. Clean dining room. Very fast service. Food was very fresh and assembled perfectly. One thing that is notable is that the dining room ordering process is kiosk only. Doesn't seem to be a issue. Staff will help you with kiosk ordering issues as I witnessed tonight. I also used drive thru for take home and the speaker was clear and again food was ready quickly and accurate. Highly recommend this location.Parking: Adequate handicap parking and spacious parking lot with easy entry and exit on a not busy side street.
Doesn’t even deserve one star. The worst experience i’ve had at a fast food restaurant period. Never will be coming back here.

Gee would love to be able to review- Young Lady standing outside on her phone was asked if open. Couldn't hear her as she mumbled a response. Guess they couldn't be bothered to have the lobby open. The center lock wasn't done up but the top of the doors were locked. This is a normal for most Taco Bell locations any more. Do better at least put up sign stating lobby closed.

Awful! I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they lost my order. Waited another 20 minutes without food and left. What happened to Taco Bell? I don't remember the last time I was actually served food. It doesn't even matter the location. They are now on my banned list. ?

Best I've had from Taco Bell in...years. SO much better than the two locations closer to me (Blue Ash & Fields Ertel). Better personality from the person I interacted with and much better food quality compared to the locations I mentioned.
